I have a EasyNote L J 6 5 Pc, and when I turn the pc off and back on it says I can only press F2 and F12 that has nothing to do with rebooting the pc to his factory settings :( help please is there a other way and I dont know if a cd came with the pc..

i try to install xp and every time i do it says restarting set-up the it comes up with a blue screen with nothing on the it says no signal then restarts my comp and the same problem occurs please message me if anyone can help me.
