  • People who can't park their car shouldn't have a license. Being allowed to drive a car also means knowing how to handle it. If you can't park a car you can't handle a car and thus you shouldn't have a license, the end.

  • what will happen if they will be snow on the sensors?

  • Just got to remember ford is not like toyota. At lest ford can stop their cars. There for your going to have to wait a long time.

  • Can't wait for the computer & sensors to mess up and see how many accidents this causes

  • fucking useless there is space for two car !

  • Lazy bastards....

  • Hahaha speaking of this, I saw a guy across the road who was parking using Park Assist and we were in front of wal-mart, so there's a bit of a crowd. He honks the horn and holds his hands up out of window and did the parallel all perfect and people were clapping thinking it was magic, lmao.

  • my mom needs this

  • that would be hilarious if someone used this on the road test i bet the person thats grading you would be like wtf

  • Next up, hands free driving. Can't wait to nap on my way to work!

  • it costs more- duh, but if you live somewhere like downtown areas, it's well worth it. if you can parallel park all day perfectly, then it's not for you. but many people can't. it's not for everyone. it's all based on what you need.

  • that's not usefull at all..

  • if you don't think this is useful, then you haven't seen my mother try to parallel park!

  • Way Cool!

  • are you somekind of shit? srsly. u r gay

  • No I never posted that its my stupid friend. God only knows what drugs he was takeing. Takeing it off ok.

  • I have a identical feature in my VW Passat that VW calls it "Park Assist". It works great and it's a nice and not expensive option to have. I hardly use it though.

  • Driving skills comes along with how long you've been driving. It's actually honed by doing it often. It's a good feature. =)

  • "for our customers" - Old people.

  • muy buenoooo!!!! se pasaron los e ford!

  • Anyone who is incapable of parallel parking themselves should not be given a license.

  • I agree, but i don't think having an automated way of doing it while you concentrate on other things is a bad thing. I doubt this will have any effect on the way they handle license. It's just a luxury like ABS or an automatic transmision

  • But you see, all of those do have effect on peoples driving skills. And while you are driving your concentration is not meant to be "somewhere else". Thats why crashes happen. No, not accidents, crashes. Cell hpones, make up and the list goes on and on. And not that many are really capable of controlling their vehicle as good as they think.

  • I agree with you. ABS, traction control, and all those goodies are to help reduce accidents. knowing how to parallel park is one of the requirements for obtaining a drivers license. if you dont know how to do that then thats just frightening. im glad to see an american company with features like this though. good job ford
