The Number One Fuel Efficiency - Record Setter at Nebraska Test Labs! AGCO DT-B - Massey Ferguson 8600 is the most efficient row crop tractors tested at Nebraska Test not by a little but some compared to others by 20% better fuel economy!
Oliver. We started in 1952 with Oliver. Then added Minneapolis Moline. They became White Farm. Then added AGCO Allis in 1999. They became AGCO and added Massey Ferguson after existing dealer closed in 2007. We are stil lselling orange AGCO and can order them thru 2010. So if you want one now is the time to get one and help celebrate the Legacy of AGCO Brand and Heritage Companies or I can get you a red Massey Ferguson.
Thats just dumb that they are taking away the AGCO tractors the AGCO tractors is what represents the Allis-Chalmers, Minneapolis-Moline, Oliver, White Cockshutt and other tractor brands and now they are taking it away?? it is soooo dumb!!
Those are nice tractors, We demo'd one last year, but believe it or not, honest to God, we got a better deal on a JD 8330 brand new. I really liked the Agco a lot better though. We've had Allis Chalmers Tractors since the mid 70's and Agco's through the 90's and still have 3 from the late 70's to mid 80's that we still use a lot. I'm thinking that our next one will be a Massey, no matter what kind of a deal we get. Better options and creature comforts than JD.
I'm a dual Dealer selling AGCO and Massey Ferguson. Each has there own Marketing Material and I really liked the Massey Ferguson Weight Magnet that showed features of the new High Horsepower Tractors. I used it in this video I did at our dealership. Sorry if you didn't like.
It's difficult when a brand is dissolved but it's expensive to carry so many different brands. It's what's under the paint that really matters? These new tractors are proving themselves not matter which color they are.
I owe you an apology. I am sorry. I was only venting my frustration on this decision that Agco has made forcing dealers and customers to change brands. I have a whole fleet of orange and silver equipment that has just lost alot of equity due to the decision, and I am not sure my dealer will remain with Agco. I might be without a dealer, and service.
I feel your frustration but I would take a look at quality of the products today! This is growing company with many new products coming. One thing as a dual dealer that I see is more product offerings because of Massey's world wide presence.
Look at the resell value on White's & Oliver's they are higher on average than other brands. I get more inquiries because their is high demand! Same thing could happen to orange tractors! Started with Oliver in 1952 and AGCO is the best parent company!
I LOVE THOSE AGCO TRACTORS WE HAVE ONE AND WE LOVE IT. MY ROOTS GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE ALLIS CHALMERS DAYS
