this is among one of the best live performances i've ever heard. I'll listen to this over the album version any day, Sawao totally nails the last 30secs, unbelievable, hard to not get a little misty..i know i sound lame for saying that.

Actually the "you, I, or we" is dependent on the lyrics before that, since Japanese is a very contextual language. In that song's case, I believe it is "You are not alone!" Hitori meaning one person or alone, and janai being the present tense informal suffix.
