Wow those planes are awesome. Could you guys make one of those 4 engine jets? I would probably buy one if you made one. Also, is there any plane that you guys have made that you could recommend to me? I am a beginner.

On the green one, you might move the c.g. back alittle. That should let you fly slower, without stalling. I would take the wheels off, and use hand launch. Those fix gears must slow down the top speed alot!!

Looks like a good plane on 4S,,I would love to have one. The problem I'm having is your shipping charges. $26 to ship this,,,,that is double what the actuall shipping charges are,,,,way more than most of your competitors. I'd rather see you raise the actual price of the planes and have a more reasonable/realistic shipping/handling fees. It just seems like a shipping rip off to me. So, for now,,I'll pass. I love the new Airfield line also,,,but again,,shipping charges are keeping me away!

Hey Tony, I know that you and Pete from Bananahobby fly at the same field, so the next time you see him, please kick that dude square in the balls for me. My bro-in-law bought a F-18 from them for me for xmas and it was complete junk! The stock ESC won't turn the motor, and after more than a dozen calls to them, all I get is either a busy signal or no answer. I've never gotten a bunk plane from NitroPlanes, so you guys get all my business from now on.

I have this plane, alot of fun to take off because it takes so long and barely has lift at the end of a short runway which makes flying it really intense! Can't say it's overpowered though... When I'm banking mine, it really wants to tip stall. Other than that, good legit jet.

4S battery should have a lower current setup than 3S if one setup properly for a good matching btw motor loading and fan. Not surprise if the battery runs cooler.

Personally I've never bought from nitroplanes, but I did buy an item on ebay that came from hobbyking (an ezrun 6000kv brushless motor/esc combo for my 1:10 car) and I can't really complain - with the things I put the car through I usually break something on the car before the motor has any chance to break hehe.

I purchased a Corsair from NitroPlanes last week. It arrived with a broken wing tip and broken aileron. The wingtip I fixed with glue, the aileron had a broken hinge and broken/bent internal rod, which I am unable to fix. I can not fly the plane without it. I am still trying to get them to send me a replacement wing. STAY TUNED FOR VIDEO letting the world know what they have done about it, one way or another.

@KilIEmAlI If you are starting to fly, take a look into a 3ch or a 4ch Hawk Sky from dynam. Those gliders are great to learn on as they are the very basic of flying. Also invest in a simulator before any real flying

@justfly60482 you aren't going to get 3 hours of flight time out of anything. more realistically you could use a bigger battery and stay at 1/2 throttle and maybe get 12-15 minutes. If you want to go longer than that, look into nitro powered planes or buy spare batteries.

@justfly60482 5-10 mins is usually the most you can get out of EDF jets. If you like to fly longer, take a look into gliders as they can stay afloat without any power once you get up to elevation

As far as I know Banana Hobbies is not a one man operation. Pete is the tester of their aircraft in their lineup of planes they carry. I have not had much contact with the workers at Banana Hobbies. I find the guys over at Nitroplanes very easy to interact with, a little crazy at times, but you can get that way if you are on the phone/computer all day long.

Hey Tony, love all ur vids. One thing, I couldnt hear u for the wind noise. Turning up the volume only made it worse. Maybe put some foam on the mic. Keep doing these kind of vids. Lots of fun watching them.

They do use foam over the mic, sometimes it just that windy. Look at the flags and the wind sock when they come into view. Tony shoots his videos in the afternoon because the field is busy in the mornings with other fliers. I fly/test my my planes in the afternoon so I see Tony there quite often. Flying there in the afternoon equates learning to fly in the wind.

Hey there, does the stock transmitter have v-tail/elevon mixing at all? Or even better, do you have a website I could check out to read about the transmitter/receiver?

@RoboTekno The stock transmitter can do delta mixing but that's a little bit different than V-tail mixing. Delta mixing is more for flying wing type planes so the transmitter mixes the aileron and elevator unlike the Vtail mixes the rudder and elevator. Sorry we only have pictures of the transmitter at the moment and nothing to read on for the stock transmitter.

@mikitymike the lower the the kv the bigger prop you can use and its less stress on the batt. the higher the kv on the motor the more rpm it has the smaller prop you have to go.

@mikitymike Since we used a higher voltage setup for the green one, we reduced the RPM to achieve better performance. You should always be within the recommended the watts/lb range. you can use a higher rpm motor, but it is not recommended unless you have the proper power setup to match with the battery combo.
