The first Canadians shown on South Park were, of course, Terrance and Phillip. At the time, (for it was quite an early episode) they were just meant to cartoon characters within the cartoon; and because of this, they look cartoonier than the main South Park characters. A later episode, "Not Without My Anus", took place entirely in Terrance and Phillip universe, which (at the time) wasn't the same thing as the South Park universe.
