all you need is a video capture program (I used the "snap it" free trail version)

for service if you are asking if IA is free, for the most part yes

Its a game that was in closed beta, and got pulled for revamping. the name is REV. People also call it BLUR and Racer cause of its previous "Working title" names. (Dont know when its coming out)

its safe, it is run on your browser. you only need to download a small action replay thing to play (similar to installing a flash program)
