Besides, EB and MOTHER 3 need to have a lot of changes to be legal, and a lot of changes that don't need to be made but will probably help them not get sued; and Nintendo of Japan isn't letting them make the changes.

Here's why Mother 3 sadly will not be out here in America.

Nintendo's main demo tends to be families with young children. Mother 3 has a lot of controversial stuff in it that if the Conservative family values militia gets their hands on will put Nintendo in hot water. Mother 3 is part game and part social commentary as well.
