Have you been into a sports shop? There are no disclaimers on hang gliders (example), they are promoted to strong and weak alike. It's not 99% do not participate, it's that 75% (not including people who don't have media) ACCEPT concequently dangerous activities and promote the best of the products. This motor is no more or less dangerous than an average crotchrocket. For the fact you pointe out this to be dangerous... Maybe you need to go paragliding, indulge the thrill.

They are just plain prestigious to own, that's it. This machine featured is no more than a fancy toy to own. I'd like one, but I couldn't transport my family in it, not because it may be dangerous but because it's not practical.

Plus I live in the USA, anything above 75mph is illegal, probably won't see it do much more than city transportation, kind of like the Segway.
