  • Bapaztia!

  • 9 infidels killed by the power of Ra!

  • Love the original, love original sins. I think they're both good in their own respects.. nearly different genres.

  • Bollocks..... i spelt concept wrong XD

  • shy fx's consept.... K.I.S.S Keep It Simple Stupid......

I love original sin but he ruined this tune on the remix, just saying

  • It just goes to show how lucky we are to have Original Sin as a band.

  • Fuck, Original Sin's is much better :(

  • SSX brought you to teh video

  • 8 people not fell power of Ra!

  • 8 disslike ? ??

  • A video of Ra uploaded by Anubis with a picture of Horus.. \m/

  • @Azashio After 3 years you're the first to recognize (or at least comment on) this.

  • @An00bis514 Horus wears a pharaoh crown, Ra wears a large version of that ball thing this character is wearing. So this is Ra :D

  • @Azashio Actually, in later Egyptian dynastic times, Ra was merged with the god Horus, as Re-Horakhty ("Ra, who is Horus of the Two Horizons"). He was believed to rule in all parts of the created world the sky, the earth, and the underworld.

  • @bigzaz121 Nice Wikipedia copy-paste, but did it have anything to do with my comment?

  • @Azashio Well technically Ra and Horus are represented by the same likeness, so that could be either or.

  • @bigzaz121 Sure, but seeing as the uploader admitted it being Horus, I'm going to presume that's the intent.

  • @Azashio three are one and one is three. thats the secret of the divine.

  • @Azashio Actually the picture is perfectly correct. Ra took many forms (like alot of Egyptian Gods) one of them being a mans body with a falcons head. Horus also took this form. Confusion-end.

  • one of my fav dNb tracks! w00t!

  • Oirginal is more crawling, remix is more IN UR FACE type grime.

  • Ra makes the sun rise everyday as well as great inspiration for a song

original sin one in my oppinion is better.

  • No way!

  • This is still the best version in my books.

  • This song is a remix of "studio 54 - Rah".....Shy FX changed his alias from studio 54 to ebony dubsters and changed the song name so he could release the song under a different label.

  • this is the original...

  • ur an idiot bled, do the words Original Sin remix not give it away?

  • @kraziejstar08 This isn't jump up?... this is nice old jump up not like the regurgitated stuff that comes out today!

  • Awesome track

  • i bet you did LMAO

  • how about face reduction for ugly people...

  • This is the best dnb jump up track of all time... IMO this track changed the direction of jump up dnb from the more rolling sounds (i.e. planet dust) to the more aggressive rolling sounds which is now known as jump up, obviously there were other tunes that helped changed the jump up sounds, but for me, this is the one!

  • na mate. this isn't particularly "jump up" anyway. original is more so a biiit but theres miles better even just looking through original sins other stuff

  • What are you chatting about??? This is definatley jump up, and this is the original mix, its by ebony dubsters (Shy FX & T-Power). It was released in jan 2003, so you were a little boy aged 11 back then, I can still remember the first time I heard this track being played at a rave back in 2002; Bailey was mixing and GQ was MC'ing. It was immense, and it was the first vinyl I got when I started DJ'ing dnb.

  • rofl; rofl. who are you. bout time you got a real job or sommat i reckon

  • Good luck finding it, its been out of press nearly 10 years lol! ...I got a copy on vinyl bout 5 years ago off ebay, paid £25 for it lol... they are rare!

  • yeah really hard to find lol :P but i did find it in a big dnb pack on pirite bay but took me ages to download them all :P

  • love and own this track on vynal

  • completely missing any other bass line xpt the lead the one. poor production.

  • were you get this tune from mate? i cant find it anywere :)

  • old schoooll shizzzz ;)

    lovinnn it

  • anyone know where the "By the Power of Ra" clip is from?

  • it sounds like its from the prince of egypt

  • I think it is. I knew Disney would jump in on this scene :)

  • yah coz disney were the first to say by the power of ra....lmao

  • Any suggestions then?

  • Isn't it a Dreamworks film?

  • ra is an egyption legend and he had the power to create anything byt saying its name ..and i guess its like a salute, by the power of RA!

  • rubbish he was the sun in egyptian mythology and the king of the gods. according to some mythology he carried the sun across the sky each day as opposed to actually being the sun.

  • "By the power of RA" was sampled from Heman (the cartoon)

  • NHe-Man was "By the Power of Greyskull" to transform, that was the castle the good guys lived in.

By the Power of Ra is from "Mummies Alive", a much later cartoon that had undead mummies protecting a reincarnated pharaoh. Ra being the main Egyptian god (like Zeus) who gave them the power to transform and still be alive to protect the pharaoh.

He-Man had nothing to do with Egyptian mythology, it was more medieval based and just plain made up to sell action figures.

  • ...very enlightening.... thx for that

  • GREAT I LOVE IT!

the bassline is killin' me :)

  • Fucking sickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

    RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • You can't polish a turd, so thus making this the king (although this aint even the 1st release)

  • 1.55 best drop ever :P

  • am i the only one that prefers this to the remixes? the original sin one is allways played instead of this one...

  • nah man this is def the heavier tune still love the remix though tjhey are both fucking banging

  • DITO

  • i prefer this one too... sounds much better

  • the original sin one is a big tune but i get what you mean, specially after mixing with it i much prefer this track now. the OS mix is good for getting everyone going mad but if dropped at the right time this version can kill...

  • lol dont sue, thats great

  • by the power of raa~

  • well which one....two different answers.

  • who is this by? ebony dubsters or shy fx?

  • This is the original Ebony Dubsters version. Actually Shy FX is one of Ebony Dubsters crew but he made his own remix of this track.

  • this is shy fx's version of power of ra

  • come to think of it, Trend and just about everyone else has done a tune like this, time to move on kids

  • bet u lot are all about ten years old, its a krust rip off
