you will scratch the paint with all of that wiping without turning over the microfiber towel and the psi is way to low.

Have you tried high pressure washer? It's basically same concept but with added advantage of high-pressure and high-temperature and it works great! Scratching issue is the number one concern especially when my customers drive their Lambo, Bentley, etc.. but after they try out, they keep on coming back.

Yes, it's definitely harder using regular steam cleaner but our new product SS-2600 has a new feature that controls the amount of water mixed with steam. So, problem solved :)

how do you guys handle sand along the bottom edge of the car, and extremely dirty rims with compacted brake dust? I am not doubting the system but most of the cars you clean on the vids are not filthy, and filthy cars come to me to get detail quite often.

It's strong enough to remove aging old grease from under the hood and I have not seen filthy enough cars that the system could not clean... It's very hard to see from the video but I will post something that might help.

Yes, with extension it actually can clean one side of the truck in no time. Just out of curiousity, how do you normally wash the top of a large truck?

How is one to wash hard to reach areas of their vehicle such as the top of the roof on a large truck or SUV? Are there extensions to the steam gun?

I like the idea of this, but wouldn't it be faster to use waterless cleaner seen as that will polish at the same time?

Good point. This is something we should test out in front of everyone which I am up for the challenge. If anyone out there using waterless products please contact us. We will have a comparison test and just hang out for a couple of hours. I am not quite sure of the polishing aspect of the waterless car wash product.

If you want real polish or wax please use products like NXT tech wax 2.0 or Gold Class from mequiar's. It's a fantastic product and Mike Phillips from Meguiar's will totally explain it better than I can.

As a business owner what you will need to keep in mind is what kind of options you offer to your customers. If there is a completely natural way to do the job done, which option would you want to offer?

Good question, quick answer is no.

First thing my customers ask in the past 4 years is that. Then, I simply show them how the steam work on the exterior clean on my car first then, they really believe what I had to say.

Steam temperature of SS2500 and SS2300 is mechanically set to max 200f and it gets cooler as it reaches further from the nozzle.

As you may know, melting point of canauba wax is little lower than synthetic wax which is around 220f.
