Every Muslim would readily say that he believes in Allah s.w.t. and His Messenger and that he obeys them.

Who are the people assured of being in the Garden forever? 35:33
Are they not the chosen slaves of Allah s.w.t. who were made to inherit the Quran and among them are the saabiqona bil khayrat? 35:32
Have we not been informed by Allah s.w.t. that the unjust, while they do not deny Prophet s.a.w.a, it is the signs of Allah s.w.t. that they reject? 6:33
All of those forbidden things were removed from the Ahl al Bayt a.s. you are opposing as Iblis was opposing Adam a.s. in 15:33 and refused to bow down to him.
Are you not aware that it was the practice of the faithless and the deniers of the Hereafter and who were affluent among the people to reject and deny the people chosen by Allah to carry and safeguard His religion? 23:33

Imaamat is a fundamental principle of religion which, if denied, will make the denier disbeliever in it and a disbeliever in the Justice of Allah, Qiyamat, Nubuwwat and ultimately, Tawhid or the Oneness of Allah s.w.t.

Anyone who denies Allah, His Angles and His books, His apostles, and the day of judgment, has gone far astray." (4:136)
should we believe the majority of Muslim scholars who are supported clearly by the Holy Quraan verses and reliable Hadeeths or the few Shii scholars whose opinions are not supported by the Holy Quraan or the reliable Hadeeths? Make sure that our sole intention is to please Allah only and to find truth for our salvation in this world and in the hereafter.
the Shii scholars consider the Imamate concept as an article of faith equal to believing in Allah. that is, if you don't believe in it by their definition u could be a kafer .God forbid. On the other hand, if you believe in it with all its implications and dimensions you could be a kafer by the definition of the scholars of whose loyalty is only to Allah and the Prophet (sallallaho alaihe wassallam), not for a special dynasty or race., Make sure that u choose the right path to Paradise.
The Raafidhah (shiahs) are those that curse the Sahaabah and attempt to destory Islam. The Sahaabah Radhiyallahu Anhum are those that transmitted the Deen to us. If we had to cast aspirations at the integrity of the Sahaabah, it will imply the destruction of the Deen.
Would Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu give his daughter to a kaafir, or would he give the ba'it to a kaafir. Subhaanallah, this is indeed a great slander.
If fact swearing at these three is an attack against Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu. Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu gave Hadhrat Abu Bakr Radhiyallahu anhu the Bait (oath f allegiance) in the Musjid (openly), and he (Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu) got his daughter Ummu Kulthoom married to Hadhrat Umar Radhiyallahu unhu, he took the bait at the hands of Hadhrat Uthmaan Radhiyallahu anhu, was his minister, close friend and beloved one.
Hadhrat Uthmaan Radhiyallahu anhu was husband to two of the daughters of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Allah Ta' ala will not choose for his beloved Rasool except the best of men, and the best of companions. This was the relationship between Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the three Khulafaa ur Raahideen. He never said that these three are the enemies of Islam, and never warned against these three, as the shiahs claim.
The Noble Quran translated in Saudi Arabia says that the Fai belongs to Allah, His Messenger and the Near relatives of the Messenger. 59:7
Therefore, The lame and concocted assertion of Abu Bakr that the Messengers of Allah s.w.t. neither inherit nor inherited is flatly false and has no value at all.

There is no verse that will support the assertion that abu bakr was saadiq / truthful.
The Quran made as examples the wives of Prophet Lut a.s. and Prophet Nuh a.s. who disobeyed the righteous slaves of Allah s.w.t. and they will go to hell.

It is Allah s.w.t. who curses the people who disobeyed Him, His Messenger and who hindered from His path and made it crooked.
And so do the Angels and mankind, in general, curse those who disbelieved in the signs of Allah s.w.t. and hide the truth after clear signs have come to them from the Book.

He it is Who sends Salât (His blessings) on you, and His angels too (ask Allâh to bless and forgive you), that He may bring you out from darkness (of disbelief and polytheism) into light (of Belief and Islâmic Monotheism). And He is Ever Most Merciful to the believers. 5:41-43

Allâh sends His Salât on the Prophet (Muhammad SAW) and also His angels too (ask Allâh to bless and forgive him). O you who believe! Send your Salât on (ask Allâh to bless) him (Muhammad SAW), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islâmic way of greeting (salutation i.e. AsSalâmu 'Alaikum).
O you who believe! Remember Allâh with much remembrance.
And glorify His Praises morning and afternoon [the early morning (Fajr) and 'Asr prayers].
Khums in 8:41 belongs to Allah, His Messenger and the Qurbah/Near relatives of the Messemger.
Fai' in 59:7 is for them also.
What Allâh gave as booty (Fai') to His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) from the people of the townships, - it is for Allâh, His Messenger, the kindred (of Messenger)....
Allah, His Messenger and the Kindred of the Messenger own the Fai'
So Fadak is a rightful property of Fatimah a.s. and her Family.
This is the Wilayat of the Olil Amr, the Ahl al Bayt a.s and the Imams that they have been rejecting.
The believers in 5:55 and Olil Amr in 4:59 are the people who have not been separated from the Prophet s.a.w.a.
They are the people for whom Khums/Islamic tax/20% must be given as a duty.
And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger,...8:41
If their (Muslims) disputes/disagreements are not returned to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, they are not really Muslims as they do not believe in Allah and the Last Day. They may be hypocrites.
Therefore they cannot be the Party of Allah in 5:56
O you who believe! Obey Allâh and obey the Messenger, and those of you who are in authority. Then if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allâh and His Messenger, if you believe in Allâh and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.
O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allâh is AllSufficient for His creatures' needs, AllKnower.
The Believers in this Verse cannot refer to the Believers in 5:55.
The Wali / Guardian of the Muslims from the time of the Prophet s.a.w.a. up to the end of this World is Allah, His Messenger and the Believers described in the circumstancial clause, giving Zakat while in ruku/bowing position in prayer. This Ayah was revealed for Imam 'Ali a.s. when he gave Zakat in this situation.
And whosoever takes Allâh, His Messenger, and those who have believed, as Protectors, then the party of Allâh will be the victorious. 5:56

The mo'minuun / believers who have been ordered not to take the disbelievers as auliya are the general Muslims. The mo'mineen / believers that they should take as auliya refer to the best Ummah in 3:110.
3:28. Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliyâ (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allâh in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allâh warns you against Himself (His Punishment), and to Allâh is the final return.
Allah s.w.t. allowed it and you disparaged us for our belief that taqiyya may be resorted to when one's life, family or property is in danger from tyrannical people, Muslim or not?
40:28. And a believing man of Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) family, who hid his faith said: "Would you kill a man because he says: My Lord is Allâh, and he has come to you with clear signs (proofs) from your Lord? And if he is a liar, upon him will be (the sin of) his lie; but if he is telling the truth, then some of that (calamity) wherewith he threatens you will befall on you." Verily, Allâh guides not one who is a Musrif.

Sunni Islaam clearly states that we should love The Prophets family and I indeed love The Prophets family. However, we should not elevate a persons position beyond that which Allaah has given. The Christians raised the status of Jesus to divinity and the Shia raise the status of Alee and Hussain beyond limits set by Allaah. Shia even make dua (supplicate) to their imams and seek intercession through them. All of this is Shirk.Just see what happens in Karbala and Najaf.Much of this is Shirk.
On the fundamentals of belief, the Shia supplicate (dua) to other than Allaah by their sayings O Ali, O Hussain, O Zainab. The Shia request from the dead to fulfil their needs. All of this is Shirk, which expels a person from Islaam. We have been commanded to call upon/invoke/dua to Allaah alone.
One of the tenets of the Shia is Taqiyyah (deception). So much of the call for reconciliation and unity between Sunni and Shia is clouded by the Shias use of Taqiyyah (deception). They say to us (Sunnis) that which is not in their (Shias) hearts. How can we trust those who practice Taqiyyah? The answer is that we simply cannot.
The Shia have a different version of the Quraan including a verse called Surat-ul-Wilaayah, which they accuse Sunnis of deleting along with other Surahs! How can this be? In fact the Muslims have unanimously accepted Uthmaans (3rd Khalif) Quraanic text, which does not include these Shia Surahs. In fact Alee (4th Khalif) adhered to and applied the Uthmaani text during his Khalifate.
The Shia have elevated their Imams to the level of gods of ancient times as occurs in one of the main Shia books, Al Kaafi. Some exaggerations are: that Imaams know when they will die and die of their own choice! (p.258).That Imaams have knowledge of the past and future and nothing is concealed from them! (p.260). That all of the earth belongs to the Imaams! (p.407). This is all false and the Imaams themselves would declare themselves free of these attributes.
The Shiite Imamers are different from the majority of Muslims in the fundamentals. Shiites will never be pleased with Sunnis unless Sunnis curse Abu Bakr, Umar & other companions. These Shia want Muslims to disown Imam Zaid, son of Ali Zain-ul Abideen, son of Al-Hussain, son of Ali ibn Abi Taalib. They also claim the Quraan has been tampered with.
Sunni Islaam promotes Tawheed (monotheism) only, which is the calling upon Allaah (God) alone, without any partner at all. One significant belief that the Raafidah Shia (most Iranian, Lebanese and Gulf Shia) have is that they declare the Sahabah (Companions of The Prophet) to be disbelievers! They curse and insult the Sahabah. So they hate those whom Allaah and His Messenger love!
The main body of Shia in Iran, Lebanon and The Gulf are Raafidah Shia, also known as Twelvers (Ithna Ashareeyah). Many of them differ with pure (orthodox) Sunni Islam in that the Shia go to the graves of their imams and make dua (supplicate to them) or seek intercession through them (even though they are dead and in their graves!). Obedience to His enemies or the enemies of His Chosen Servants is attributing partners to Him and is shirk. And shirk is the greatest injustice.
Wa-ith qala luqmanu liibnihi wahuwa yaAAithuhu ya bunayya la tushrik biAllahi inna alshshirka lathulmun AAatheemun
And (remember) when Luqmân said to his son when he was advising him: "O my son! Join not in worship others with Allâh. Verily! Joining others in worship with Allâh is a great Zûlm (wrong) indeed. 31:13
Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Praise and thanks be to Allâh, and peace be on His slaves whom He has chosen (for His Message)! Is Allâh better, or (all) that you ascribe as partners (to Him)?" (Of course, Allâh is Better). 27:59
Obedience to His Chosen Servants greeted by Him is obedience to Him.
It cannot apply to the Caliphs / Authorities who took power / khilafat by force and in disobedience to Allah s.w.t. and His Messenger s.a.w.a. because obedience to them is shirk.
The Prophet said, "Whoever disapproves of something done by his ruler then he should be patient, for whoever disobeys the ruler even a little (little = a span) will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance. (i.e. as rebellious Sinners).
This pertains to the Imams a.s. appointed by Allah s.w.t. through His Messenger s.a.w.a.. Disobeying them is tantamount to kufr / disbelief.
The Prophet said, "O 'Abdur-Rahman! Do not seek to be a ruler, for if you are given authority on your demand then you will be held responsible for it, but if you are given it without asking (for it), then you will be helped (by Allah) in it. If you ever take an oath to do something and later on you find that something else is better, then you should expiate your oath and do what is better."
subjects; a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it. Surely, everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges."

Please read this often argued hadith as basis for Abu Bakr's caliphate very carefully and draw lessons from it.
They usually remove the first part regarding the arguments of the Prophet s.a.w.a. and Aisha and start reciting the latter portion that seems to indicate it was the desire of Allah s.w.t. and His Messenger s.a.w.a. that Abu Bakr be chosen as the Caliph after the Prophet s.a.w.a. which is a lie.
The Prophet said, "But I should say, 'O my head!' I feel like calling Abu Bakr and his son and appoint (the former as my successors lest people should say something or wish for something. Allah will insist (on Abu Bakr becoming a Caliph) and the believers will prevent (anyone else from claiming the Caliphate)," or "..Allah will prevent (anyone else from claiming the Caliphate) and the believers will insist (on Abu Bakr becoming the Caliph)."
'Aisha said, "O my head!" Allah's Apostle said, "If that (i.e., your death) should happen while I am still alive, I would ask Allah to forgive you and would invoke Allah for you." 'Aisha said, "O my life which is going to be lost! By Allah, I think that you wish for my death, and if that should happen then you would be busy enjoying the company of one of your wives in the last part of that day."
Now, point to us the word sunni in the Qur'an like what we did.
If you cannot and Inshallah, you will never be able to do it, then stop accusing us of lying.
With regards to Aisha, the six books of hadiths are replete with the statements of the Prophet s.a.w.a. for her as well as the Qur'anic Verses revealed for her.
These debates / discussions between Shi'a and Sunni, Muslims and Christians, Jews and atheists, Christians against Christians, between other religions, if analyzed properly, will show that the issue is the legislative authority of Allah s.w.t. to select / choose people for His bounties to lead the people to the Right Path.
All the the people who perished / destroyed in the past and up to the end of this world challenged the legislative authority of Allah s.w.t..
It has been proven conclusively from the Qur'an that every sect / way / persuasion / religion has been called shi'a by Allah s.w.t. and its plural sects / ways / persuasions / religions were called shiya'an.
Is it our fault that the favorite companions of the sunni brothers were not called shj'atu 'Ali, on him be peace, the way abu dhar, miqdad, bilal, salman, ammar. and others were addressed by the prophet, peace be upon him amd his family, as shi'atu 'Ali / Ahl al Bayt?
my advice for wahabies is only to read their Hadith books like sahi bukhari and muslim properly and they will definetly realize what wrong things they are propogating.
Sunni Islaam clearly states that we should love The Prophets family and I indeed love The Prophets family. However, we should not elevate a persons position beyond that which Allaah has given. The Christians raised the status of Jesus to divinity and the Shia raise the status of Alee and Hussain beyond limits set by Allaah. Shia even make dua (supplicate) to their imams and seek intercession through them. All of this is Shirk. Just see what happens in Karbala and Najaf.Much of this is Shirk.
How can Sunnis take the Shia as brothers/friends? If you ask the Jews, who are the best people after Moses, they will say the companions of Moses. If you ask Christians, who are the best people after Jesus, they will say the disciples. But if you ask the Shia, who are the worst of people after The Prophet Muhammad, they will say the companions of The Prophet! How can Sunnis reconcile this with the Shia?
If indeed, the Jews uttered this, They are lying. How can the companions of Musa a.s. be the best people after him?
But none believed in Moses except some children of his people, because of the fear of Pharaoh and his chiefs, lest they should persecute them; and certainly Pharaoh was mighty on the earth and one who transgressed all bounds. 10:83
Only the twelve (12) Naqeeba 5:12, Imams 32:24, which were the Ummah mentioned in 5:159 were certified by the Qur'an.
Of the people of Moses there is a section who guide and do justice in the light of truth.
It was Mowaiyah who started the practice of cursing Imam 'Ali a.s. and his followers from among the companions. See Shahih Muslim and others books of Hadiths.
As for the companions of 'Iisa a.s., they tried to crucify and kill him. Yes only the disciples believed in him. How many were they? 12?
As for the companions of the Prophet s.a.w.a., they were described in detail in 9:97-105.
The companions of the previous prophets disbelieved in Allah and His Messengers with only one exception. The people of Yunus a.s.. When they believed, the penalty was averted from them. The Shi'a did not start the hatred against the Ashab of the Prophet s.a.w.a..
Well, If shias hate Abu bakar, umr, usman, mawiya, yazeed out of 100s of ashab(ra) than i don't think it means thats shias hate all ashab. Remember there were munafiqs too who were right with the Prophet(s) and Allah said to beware of them.

As already proven from the Qur'an, Everybody is a shi'a. All sects are called shiya'an NOT SUNNI. The people who will be in hell belonged to different sects/ shiya'an ( min kolli shi'atin / every sect) opposed to the Beneficent / Truth and their leaders will be dragged from them first. 19:69. The people in heaven will be shi'a also like the prophets who belonged to one shi'a / sect like Ibrahiim a.s. and Nuh a.s., Musa a.s. and his followers. 37:83 and 28:15,15
It all depends on the person or people followed. I see that the Ummah of Islam in the Philippines my country is really strong with Shia's and Sunnis love one another what a great example to those who destroyed it in Iraq and Iran, peace to this religious community.

O David! We did indeed make thee a vicegerent on earth: so judge thou between men in truth (and justice): Nor follow thou the lusts (of thy heart), for they will mislead thee from the Path of Allah: for those who wander astray from the Path of Allah, is a Penalty Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account. 38:26
It is clear that it is Allah s.w.t. who appoints/chooses/selects His Khalifa/nabi/rasul/malik/imam. Its not us.
Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth." They said: "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?" He said: "I know what ye know not."
2:30 And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled: He said: "I will make thee an Imam to the Nations." He pleaded: "And also (Imams) from my offspring!" He answered:
we are better fitted than he to exercise authority, and he is not even gifted, with wealth in abundance?" He said: "Allah hath Chosen him above you, and hath gifted him abundantly with knowledge and bodily prowess: Allah Granteth His authority to whom He pleaseth. Allah careth for all, and He knoweth all things."
It is clear that Allah s.w.t. appoints the khalifa/nabi/rasul/imam. The people have not been given the mandate to choose/appoint/select the representatives of Allah s.w.t.
Say: "O Allah! Lord of Power (And Rule), Thou givest power to whom Thou pleasest, and Thou strippest off power from whom Thou pleasest: Thou enduest with honour whom Thou pleasest, and Thou bringest low whom Thou pleasest: In Thy hand is all good. Verily, over all things Thou hast power. 3:26
But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. 4:65
It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error. 33:36
The cause of these divisions is the disobedience and disagreement of the prominent companions to the legislative authority of Allah s.w.t. And your Lord creates whatsoever He wills and chooses, no choice have they (in any matter). Glorified be Allâh, and exalted above all that they associate as partners (with Him).

And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it) , and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.
[Yusufali 28:4] Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections, depressing a small group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief.
Clearly, anyone claiming they are sunni is joking. A name Allah s.w.t did not sanction.

[Yusufali 19:69] Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious.
[Yusufali 6:159] As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.
[Yusufali 30:32] Those who split up their Religion, and become (mere) Sects,- each party rejoicing in that which is with itself!
[Yusufali 28:15] And he entered the city at a time when its people were not watching: and he found there two men fighting,- one of his own religion, and the other, of his foes. Now the man of his own religion appealed to him against his foe, and Moses struck him with his fist and made an end of him. He said: "This is a work of Evil (Satan): for he is an enemy that manifestly misleads!"
[Yusufali 15:10] We did send messengers before thee amongst the religious sects of old:
[Yusufali 6:65] Say: "He hath power to send calamities on you, from above and below, or to cover you with confusion in party strife, giving you a taste of mutual vengeance - each from the other." See how We explain the signs by various (symbols); that they may understand.
[Yusufali 37:83] Verily among those who followed his Way was Abraham.
Sunni is a fallacy. It is indemonstrable and without proof. It has been fabricated to give legitimacy and a name for the worldview of those who attached themselves to the so-called decent companions.
Will they still argue with falsehood to weaken the truth? They should fear Allah s.w.t.

@abinalpa, I am fully aware of the fatwa of Sheikh Saduq, he has done Quran Tehreef himself, read his fatwa and see how he avoided declaring the person belviing in Quran Tehreef s Kaffir, I have his fatwa in front of me and it does not state anything regarding the person if they belivive in Quran Tehreef. I am fully aware of the beliefs of our Imams of Ahlulbait and they were Sunni not shia, also the Quran states that ALLAH IS PROTECTOR of Quran! where shia books claim quran is not complete!!

I would like to request the Sia's to bring us only ONE FATWA from there AYATOLLAHS or past imams that have stated that anyone beliving in QURAN TEHREEF (menaing not complete or any doubts on quran completion) is a KAFFIR... it is a simple ask... One fatwa... if you cannot bring one then tell us why your ulemas have failed to give such an important fatwa? is Quran tehreef allow in Shia then?? its simple logic!

Belief in the infallibility of the Prophets a.s. and the Imams a.s. can never be a reason for the shi'a to have deviated from the true Islam. In fact, it is disbelief in it that showed that the sunni has got their Islam hijacked by Iblis. So they have abandoned the right path, followed the mushrikeen instead of the ma'sumeen.
They got their story of the Prophets a.s. from the sahabat instead of the imams a.s. and unknowingly attributed wrongdoings to the Prophets a.s. which is blasphemy.

Every Muslim would readily say that he believes in Allah s.w.t. and His Messenger and that he obeys them.
But when they are informed of the Quranic verses revealed for the obedience to the Ahl al Bayt a.s. or the verses that command the love for them and the Sunnah said for them, they proffer so many arguments, objections and evasions.
They recognize the blessing of Allah and then deny it and most of them are faithless. 16:83

Imaamat is a fundamental principle of religion which, if denied, will make the denier disbeliever in it and a disbeliever in the Justice of Allah, Qiyamat, Nubuwwat and ultimately, Tawhid or the Oneness of Allah s.w.t.
Why?
Because it is a denial of the authority of Allah s.w.t. to legislate and choose the people that we must follow.
From Adam a.s. up to Muhammad s.a.w.a., all the Khalifa 2:30, 38:26, Malik 2:247, Imams 2:124, 21:73, 28:5, 32:24, Rasul and Nabi were chosen by Allah s.w.t.

the Shii scholars consider the Imamate concept as an article of faith equal to believing in Allah. that is, if you don't believe in it by their definition u could be a kafer .God forbid. On the other hand, if you believe in it with all its implications and dimensions you could be a kafer by the definition of the scholars of whose loyalty is only to Allah and the Prophet (sallallaho alaihe wassallam), not for a special dynasty or race., Make sure that u choose the right path to Paradise.

Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu gave Hadhrat Abu Bakr Radhiyallahu anhu the Bait (oath f allegiance) in the Musjid (openly), and he (Hadhrat Ali Radhiyallahu anhu) got his daughter Ummu Kulthoom married to Hadhrat Umar Radhiyallahu unhu, he took the bait at the hands of Hadhrat Uthmaan Radhiyallahu anhu, was his minister, close friend and beloved one.

Hadhrat Uthmaan Radhiyallahu anhu was husband to two of the daughters of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Allah Ta' ala will not choose for his beloved Rasool except the best of men, and the best of companions. This was the relationship between Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the three Khulafaa ur Raahideen. He never said that these three are the enemies of Islam, and never warned against these three, as the shiahs claim.

The Noble Quran translated in Saudi Arabia says that the Fai belongs to Allah, His Messenger and the Near relatives of the Messenger. 59:7
Therefore, The lame and concocted assertion of Abu Bakr that the Messengers of Allah s.w.t. neither inherit nor inherited is flatly false and has no value at all.
It is against so many Quranic Verses, Prophetic Traditions and Reason.

This is not a guessing game. In rational dialogue, the criterion is certitude and never conjectures.
There is no verse that will support the assertion that abu bakr was saadiq / truthful.
The Quran made as examples the wives of Prophet Lut a.s. and Prophet Nuh a.s. who disobeyed the righteous slaves of Allah s.w.t. and they will go to hell.
Even a son of a prophet may go to the hellfire if his works were opposite to the teachings of his father like the son of Nuh a.s.

And so do the Angels and mankind, in general, curse those who disbelieved in the signs of Allah s.w.t. and hide the truth after clear signs have come to them from the Book.

That an Imam appointed by Allah s.w.t. would give his allegiance to someone who took the khilaafat by force is without proof and basis.
It is as if Ibraahim a.s. was allowed to give his allegiance to Nimrod.
Exercising patience in the face of tyranny is never tantamount to giving allegiance.
The khilaafat after Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.a. was the greatest test given to mankind and your three guided caliphs were not patient enough not to take it.

The word "Shia" means "followers; members of party". As such, the term "Shia" alone has no negative or positive meaning unless we specify the leader of the party. If one is a Shia (follower) of the most righteous servants, then there is nothing wrong with being Shia, specially if the leader of such party has been assigned by Allah.

Khums in 8:41 belongs to Allah, His Messenger and the Qurbah/Near relatives of the Messemger.
Fai' in 59:7 is for them also.
What Allâh gave as booty (Fai') to His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) from the people of the townships, - it is for Allâh, His Messenger, the kindred (of Messenger)....
Allah, His Messenger and the Kindred of the Messenger own the Fai'
So Fadak is a rightful property of Fatimah a.s. and her Family.

This is the Wilayat of the Olil Amr, the Ahl al Bayt a.s and the Imams that they have been rejecting.
The believers in 5:55 and Olil Amr in 4:59 are the people who have not been separated from the Prophet s.a.w.a.
They are the people for whom Khums/Islamic tax/20% must be given as a duty.
And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger,...8:41

The Believers in this Verse cannot refer to the Believers in 5:55.

The Party of Allah/Hizb Allah are the Muslims who made Wali Allah, His Messenger and The Believers.
The believers refer to the elite group as explained by others Verses.
Verses 5:55 and 5:56 have been preceded by Ayah 5:54 that gives stern warning against the Muslims, in general, who might turn their back from Islam.

This Verse started with Innama, Verily.
The Wali / Guardian of the Muslims from the time of the Prophet s.a.w.a. up to the end of this World is Allah, His Messenger and the Believers described in the circumstancial clause, giving Zakat while in ruku/bowing position in prayer. This Ayah was revealed for Imam 'Ali a.s. when he gave Zakat in this situation.

You are merely repeating the previous accusations of your fellow so-called Sunni, the basis of which are more on conjectures, ignoring the clear explanations and verdict of the Qur'an and the Sunnah on the fundamentals and acts of practices of the followers of the Ahl al Bayt a.s.

Sunni Islaam clearly states that we should love The Prophets family and I indeed love The Prophets family. However, we should not elevate a persons position beyond that which Allaah has given. The Christians raised the status of Jesus to divinity and the Shia raise the status of Alee and Hussain beyond limits set by Allaah. Shia even make dua (supplicate) to their imams and seek intercession through them. All of this is Shirk.Just see what happens in Karbala and Najaf.Much of this is Shirk.

On the fundamentals of belief, the Shia supplicate (dua) to other than Allaah by their sayings O Ali, O Hussain, O Zainab. The Shia request from the dead to fulfil their needs. All of this is Shirk, which expels a person from Islaam. We have been commanded to call upon/invoke/dua to Allaah alone.

One of the tenets of the Shia is Taqiyyah (deception). So much of the call for reconciliation and unity between Sunni and Shia is clouded by the Shias use of Taqiyyah (deception). They say to us (Sunnis) that which is not in their (Shias) hearts. How can we trust those who practice Taqiyyah? The answer is that we simply cannot.

The Shia have a different version of the Quraan including a verse called Surat-ul-Wilaayah, which they accuse Sunnis of deleting along with other Surahs! How can this be? In fact the Muslims have unanimously accepted Uthmaans (3rd Khalif) Quraanic text, which does not include these Shia Surahs. In fact Alee (4th Khalif) adhered to and applied the Uthmaani text during his Khalifate.

The Shia have elevated their Imams to the level of gods of ancient times as occurs in one of the main Shia books, Al Kaafi. Some exaggerations are: that Imaams know when they will die and die of their own choice! (p.258).That Imaams have knowledge of the past and future and nothing is concealed from them! (p.260). That all of the earth belongs to the Imaams! (p.407). This is all false and the Imaams themselves would declare themselves free of these attributes.

The Shiite Imamers are different from the majority of Muslims in the fundamentals. Shiites will never be pleased with Sunnis unless Sunnis curse Abu Bakr, Umar & other companions. Sunni Islaam promotes Tawheed (monotheism) only, which is the calling upon Allaah (God) alone, without any partner at all. One significant belief that the Raafidah Shia (most Iranian, Lebanese and Gulf Shia) have is that they declare the Sahabah (Companions of The Prophet) to be disbelievers! The main body of Shia in Iran, Lebanon and The Gulf are Raafidah Shia, also known as Twelvers (Ithna Ashareeyah). Many of them differ with pure (orthodox) Sunni Islam in that the Shia go to the graves of their imams and make dua (supplicate to them) or seek intercession through them (even though they are dead and in their graves!). These acts are classed as Shirk (polytheism) in Islaam and in fact take a person outside the fold of Islaam.

Narrated Ibn Abbas:
The Prophet said, "Whoever disapproves of something done by his ruler then he should be patient, for whoever disobeys the ruler even a little (little = a span) will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance. (i.e. as rebellious Sinners).
This pertains to the Imams a.s. appointed by Allah s.w.t. through His Messenger s.a.w.a.. Disobeying them is tantamount to kufr / disbelief.

Please read this often argued hadith as basis for Abu Bakr's caliphate very carefully and draw lessons from it.
They usually remove the first part regarding the arguments of the Prophet s.a.w.a. and Aisha and start reciting the latter portion that seems to indicate it was the desire of Allah s.w.t. and His Messenger s.a.w.a. that Abu Bakr be chosen as the Caliph after the Prophet s.a.w.a. which is a lie.

These debates / discussions between Shi'a and Sunni, Muslims and Christians, Jews and atheists, Christians against Christians, between other religions, if analyzed properly, will show that the issue is the legislative authority of Allah s.w.t. to select / choose people for His bounties to lead the people to the Right Path.
All the the people who perished / destroyed in the past and up to the end of this world challenged the legislative authority of Allah s.w.t..

It has been proven conclusively from the Qur'an that every sect / way / persuasion / religion has been called shi'a by Allah s.w.t. and its plural sects / ways / persuasions / religions were called shiya'an.
Is it our fault that the favorite companions of the sunni brothers were not called shj'atu 'Ali, on him be peace, the way abu dhar, miqdad, bilal, salman, ammar. and others were addressed by the prophet, peace be upon him amd his family, as shi'atu 'Ali / Ahl al Bayt?

How can Sunnis take the Shia as brothers/friends? If you ask the Jews, who are the best people after Moses, they will say the companions of Moses. If you ask Christians, who are the best people after Jesus, they will say the disciples. But if you ask the Shia, who are the worst of people after The Prophet Muhammad, they will say the companions of The Prophet! How can Sunnis reconcile this with the Shia?

As for the companions of 'Iisa a.s., they tried to crucify and kill him. Yes only the disciples believed in him. How many were they? 12?
As for the companions of the Prophet s.a.w.a., they were described in detail in 9:97-105.
The companions of the previous prophets disbelieved in Allah and His Messengers with only one exception. The people of Yunus a.s.. When they believed, the penalty was averted from them. The Shi'a did not start the hatred against the Ashab of the Prophet s.a.w.a..

As already proven from the Qur'an, Everybody is a shi'a. All sects are called shiya'an NOT SUNNI. The people who will be in hell belonged to different sects/ shiya'an ( min kolli shi'atin / every sect) opposed to the Beneficent / Truth and their leaders will be dragged from them first. 19:69. The people in heaven will be shi'a also like the prophets who belonged to one shi'a / sect like Ibrahiim a.s. and Nuh a.s., Musa a.s. and his followers. 37:83 and 28:15,15

It all depends on the person or people followed. We follow the Imams from the Ahl al Bayt a.s. and not the ashab / companions of the Prophet s.a.w.a. and this is what the Qur'an and Sunnah clearly explained. There never has been an instance in the history of Islam from Adam. a.s. up to Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.a. wherein after a prophet of Allah s.w.t., his companions were chosen or appointed as the guides to the right path.

I have made some of my offspring to dwell in an uncultivable valley by Your Sacred House (the Ka'bah at Makkah); in order, O our Lord, that they may perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), so fill some hearts among men with love towards them, and (O Allâh) provide them with fruits so that they may give thanks. 14:37

One day We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imams: those who are given their record in their right hand will read it (with pleasure), and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least. 17:71

Sunni is a fallacy. It is indemonstrable and without proof. It has been fabricated to give legitimacy and a name for the worldview of those who attached themselves to the so-called decent companions.
Will they still argue with falsehood to weaken the truth? They should fear Allah s.w.t.

The words used are Shi'atihi 28:15,15; 37:83. Shi'atin 19:69 Shiya'an 28:4, 30:32, 6:65, 159; Shiya'i 15:10.
All the different sects whether before Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h.a.f and after him are called Shia"il awwalin or Shiya'an or Shi"atihi.
We are Shi'atu Ahl al Bayt a.s. or Shi'atu "Ali.a.s. They should be called Shi'atu Ashab or Sahaba.
