YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

I have to say that Blip.Tv has a really bad attitude - they will NOT list my show because it does not "meet their audio and video standards" yet they continually REFUSE to explain HOW it does not meet those standards claiming we don't have time. They operate on a "well we'll know it when we see it" kinda like the FCC figuring out what violates offensiveness rules.

I dunno if I'm gonna have to create a NEW Youtube account for JUST my TV show to get a partner account so I can get ad revenue here.

The blip.tv was ok, but it's really messed up now. They said they pay more, but they pay like 50% less. They removed the videos from their search system, and they left only their "Top Shows" there. Well thanks blip.tv, now people can't find my videos. When I finally got $25, the site said I must wait 3 months before they send it to me. I spent like 8 months to reach the 25. I get more money from Google/Youtube each month, and they help my channel with their search systems. Blip.tv, not so much.

BLIP.TV SUX. Try it out you'll be screaming MOMMMMY and run back to YouTube. They don't tell you what your getting paid for and what your NOT getting paid for. Yeah they will put it on iTunes for you wow cool! They say in small print you don't get paid for it !!! I wrote them to ask hey what am I getting paid for? I had 75% of my hits claimed "not seen in their viewer" When I wrote them WTF they were nasty and really insulting, Support area BROKEN. IT'S A RIP OFF STICK WITH YOUTUBE.

@JAXandDAX Your right to a point. However it is more of an alternative for those making high quality content that want to monetize it, but have been banished from Google Adsense for an unstated reason.

@JAXandDAX I don't think its a ripoff. I think it works real well for its niche (high quality videos that are episodic) I am on Blip and really like it. My agreement was with the fact that Youtube has the traffic of everyone and their dog looking for short pithy videos no matter what the quality, and Blip just doesn't have the traffic Youtube does, but its a different model.

i have joined blip tv about a month ago and i have enabled ads on my vids. when i take a look at my videos, i dont see any ads. and so far i made nothing. i have gotten over 300 views in total, what should i do
