Is it really? Hmm Cause when I push the button, it sounds off like the horn. Am I doing something wrong? Does the bike need to be in motion in order for it to work or something?
as for how many Kms you can get on a charge, I average about 50 , sometimes pushing it hard , though it is not good to bottom out the battery, due to a thing called, depth of discharge, the more ya dump the battery to very low, the less charge cycles ya get out of it ( usually 300 ) also make sure if in winter climate to store the bike indoors, or at least the battery which comes out, Lead acid batts really suffer and loose like span in cold temps, when stored liked that ,
anyone thinking of buying one of these, do the research of local sellers, don't be fooled by 350 watt motors, that peak at 500 watts, get a true 500 watt bike ( the wattage of motor can be seen on rear outer rim of motor, along with the serial number, with a true 500 watt motor, hill climbing is not a issue , mine is a true 500 watt that peaks at 800 watts, Daymak I think are only 350 watts
Fucking environmentalists and conservatives. Always thinking of new ways to rip people off or save the planet. LOL. Save the planet? I'm getting tired of these earth days, these self-righteous environmentalists who think the only thing's missing is that there aren't enough bycicyle paths. Besides these don't care about the planet - not in the abstract they don't! You know what their concerned about their own habitat.
Both my boyfriend & I had owned 2 of their E-Bike products. Mine being a burgundy Smart Bike and my boyfriend's was a burgundy Gatto. (looks like an older style Vespa). Remember, Daymak will RARELY allow you to test drive their products!!! As soon as I had gotten my Smart Bike, the rear brakes squealed, took over 5 weeks to get parts! Not enough power to get up steep hills, forget Daymak GO Motorino, has more power, stands behind product & services them too!
@queeniy3 daycrap stuff is garbage, they take advantage of people with money. i dont ride ebikes anymore i ride a moped and a 50cc motorcycle but from my experience they do not have quality products or good customer services, i would highly go with motorino because they take care in their products
Looks kinda cool..I like the bigger BE-500 from Baja Motorsports. (Video Posted). Mine go's 35mph with the Gov. Disconnected. Charges in about 2 1/12 hours, go's 30 miles. But this looks like "E-Bike" light..how much did you pay for it?
Why everyone wants to sell those things? Is it because they are too slow? 28km/h when its on free load, with your weight on it its should go at 20km/h?
naw man but you can modify it to do 35mph, which im planning on doing, when i get money from shoveling snow in my area. 6 batteries will have the bike running at 72v. just dont get caught doing faster than 20mph or 32 km or you will get fined, its well worth it for only paying 800 bucks or so with the mods, and not having to pay insurance (yearly) or registration which could run you up to 2200 bucks
There's no fucking turbo on electric bikes you retards it's just a 2nd horn e-bikes only go 25-35km

I have the exact same bike as you do/did and I can assure you the turbo button is NOT turbo but another horn.

What is the yellow button with the lightning bolt inside a circle underneath the throttle for and what does it do?
FestahRamma 1 year ago
@FestahRamma it activates a turbo that makes it go 40 km faster

With those bikes, can you remove the battery and charge it while it's out or does it have to be in the bike for you to charge it?
