aphex is king yes but you cannot discard the true programming of ae they are taking acid forward with new album oversteps they have raped melodies and structure more than aphex can

Depends. I love my Aphex as much as the next person,

but it's been a long time since he's released anything truly interesting....analord and Tuss, it's good fun, but nothing to really get too excited about. He hasn't done anything new with his sound in almost 10 years :(

Still love Aphex, but i'd find it hard to give him mega kudos when guys like Ae have pushed their sound as far as they have.

Tell me about it. Biggest shame ever that they haven't released it, it's a stunning piece of work. I pray to god some of the stuff from the Quaristice live set sees the light of day in some form or another, it's probably their best material ever.
