Love this extended version - it seems to give the band's best song an extra dimension,although I like the standard offering as well. There's a haunting,almost indefinable,quality about Soft Cell that makes them impossible to ignore. They have stood the test of time.

I luv this song more but i played tainted love over and over again, couldnt get enough, i still have it on 7 and 12" vinyl, my 7" has a crack across the midddle but it still plays well when i put it 2gether rite. I remeber hearing this in the late 80´s and very early 90´s particulary when I was a senior and was just about to go to college. After exams and finishing up school there was nothing to do except hang out with, friends during the day and going out to clubs at night. Brings back memories. Things were simpler then.
