I currently am having a problem uploading videos. Last month I had no problem uploading nine and a half minute videos w/o hitting the 1 GB limit. Today I had a five and a half minute video go over 1GB and a ten minute video that went over 2 GB. I have not changed anything with my camcorder. I would appreciate if anyone had any suggestions. I tried the community forum but the application process is a complete clusterfuck and keeps rejecting me no matter how many times I sign up.
