This is definitely a CASUAL speed run. He's memorized and beaten each level and is doing so as fast as he knows how... however there are MUCH faster ways to do many of these rooms. If you're actually wanting to plan a legit speed run I'd suggest visiting the forums over at speeddemosarchive. A lot of tricks have been found that you aren't using.
