Fluttershy: Acoustic guitar

Applejack: Flute (xylophone?)

Rarity: Harp? Some sort of stringed instrument. Also some chimes.

Rainbow Dash: Drums, cymbals, electric guitar

Pinkie Pie: Drums, tambourine

Twilight: Can't quite discern it, but definitely some sort of woodwind. Clarinet, maybe?
