What we are seeing is not a collective Indian effort,, all the people who win medals is inspite of the crap system,, i am not living in the illusion these are Indian medals these are individual medals,, when India really gets its act together, you can than see the real potential,, i am especially so happy to see people like Kavita Raut win bronze,, she comes from a tribal village and its fantastic , if development happens at that level, IIndia can than become a super power..

@THEFWORD69 Dont live in an illusion, sorry to prick the bubble, but these medals do not belong to India, all these atheletes came up not due to the support of the great Indian government or the Indian people, they came up due to help and support by other people, it would be foolish to start dreaming that we are going to take the olympics by storm when we still dont have a proper sports programme in place..

@AAAKSI read my comment above, nothing to do with the Indian government or the Indian people,, these medals just prove people still find a way,, but India is no sports power horse, when faced with competitors like China, Russia, and USA, the only medal we can even hope of winning is in the shooting..
