Very interesting. One problem with this is that it does not clearly illustrate how tight some of the fasteners should be, particularly the set screws. As well, there are a lot of parts in this assembly. Perhaps an assessment using the Boothroyd-Dewhurst methodologies (design for manufacture and design for assembly) would help to reduce the number of parts and to simplify assembly.

Really interesting use of animation though - great work.
