allright, maybe they cannot play as fast as they can in the studio, but you have to admit they have some degree of coolness especially when they play twin guitar attacks.

but c'mon, with helloween and gamma ray (I prefer early era Helloween but still love 'em both) you really can feel the power of power metal...his voice may have aged but hey, it still sounds just right for the job!

BTW i've been studying Hell'n's and GR's guitar work..for my band to do a little cover...

Over the recent years, DragonForce have really picked up their game with their playing and performing. I know they have made a bad name for themselves with the shitty performances etc but these days they play pretty well on stage. Very tight performances.

I must say, I'm not a fan of anything after their second release. I think all the video game noises and obnoxious/unnecessary sections are just wankery but Valley of the Damned and Sonic Firestorm are great releases in my opinion.
