Hoagland is a master misleader. The Europa theory was first posited in the paper "Is There Liquid Water on Europa?" by Cassen, Peale, and Reynolds, written in June, 1979. People that assert Hoagland put forth the idea in his "Sky & Telescope" article of 1980 are incorrect. Even Arthur C. Clarke was mislead into believing this - and I quote: "Since then (1980) I have become aware of the fact that many others had thought of it first."
look i'm just sick & tired of constantly hearing how America is suppressing truth to its citizens from Roswell area 51 time travel in hadron collider face & pyramids on mars the reediting of teh bible the creating of aids & keeping the cure secret cause treatments are more profitable. Hogland LOOKS LIKE CREATOR of terminator James cameron. nasa & usa are finding these secrets for their selfish selves. As Kenedy said when there is no clear & present danger why have the need for secrecy?
@midguardz Because they make the problems and have the solutions right in hand. reminds me of that tv show Green Acres. Mr Haney always had a fix for something he caused for Mr Douglas.
Wow. Can't believe this happened way back under Clinton. I never even heard about Europa having oceans before but sure enough. If you look at NASA's site they do in fact state that they believe there are oceans on that moon. But why haven't they done anything about it in all this time? 14 years? Three Presidents. And none of them give a damn about finding life there?
Excellent question! It's questions like yours that keep me motivated to continue uploading the classic shows. They provide context for the current shows, as well as put a spotlight on information that seems to have fallen between the cracks.
Did you post this comment after listening to both interviews in their entirety, or did you simply discount them based on the date?
The poetry of William Wordsworth isn't "recent stuff." Indeed, it dates back to the 1700's. Likewise, the works of William Shakespeare go back to the 1500's. Not "recent stuff " at all, but to some of us, they are still worth examining.

Love Art Bell, but in NO way is the composer/ artist Robert A. Wolf associated to the poser Robert Ghost Wolf. Too much confusion on searches.

@stumpyjammer
complaining about the date of an Art Bell interview is like dismissing the Canterbury Tales because it was an unfinished work...
If you enter with a closed mind, you will miss all of that esoteric goodness...and nothing could be more tragic than that...
