Terrible. I guess the "powers that be" in professional lacrosse think the sport itself isn't enough to sell tickets. Same with the NHL. Both sports are amazing in and of themselves and require a high level of athleticism. Especially on the pro level. But as with any pro sport it's all about butts in seats. You're more valuable to the "club" as a fighting piece of meat than a skilled athlete.

I played Lacrosse, and I have season tickets. 8 Rows above the players bench... It truly is an amazing, yet under-hyped, professional sport.

Almost all of these players are normal Joe's -- teachers, doctors,etc... and play because they love the game. It's PURE heart! Most only get around $25k to play for the season... Any other professional gets that each game!

And yes, this game was amazing... 161 penalty minutes I think!
