That perch deadbait looked days old and smelly

Try putting the hook that was in the perches head on the top by the dorsal fin,you might get more catches that way

lol never seen such a funny fishing video,if he wasnt catching why didn he move? and to LYDavie if ya going to catch your bait then use it as livebait you can buy all your frozen deadbait from tackle shops.

Zander are very weary, they are like tench amongst the predators. Very hard to catch with minnows, especially when there are many other anglers with the same target species.

well done stew nice zander!! I went fishing for them last year during an over night session and only caught one but i had about 11 runs, they dont seem to hook them selves like pike but perhaps that's because they have such a soft mouth. well done agian!!
