Both are good depending on what you like. Bose is luxury and performance with a heavy price tag

Audio tech is performance at a lower price with a cheaper alternative

Same case as a Louis Vuitton wallet(Bose) and a typical wallet (audio tech). You would maybe rather get a LV. But hey, it's overpriced stuff that serve a same purpose as a typical 10 dollar wallet. It's about LUXURY AND FACE VALUE. If everyone who thinks like audio tech fanboys. LV would have been gone years ago.

Has any commenter here actually listened to both headphones to say that Bose is clearly the winner? I've tried the Bose and yes they sounded decent but I found that they weren't worth their pricetag at $130 (I would prefer the Audio Technica's $130 ATH-M50 headphones any day over the Bose ones).

Look, I bought the same Bose On Ear Headphones and they need more research and maybe ask some people who owned them. Actually, the most durable and well constructed part was that ''plastic joint'' it is not actually plastic, it is metallic and it last A LOT.. And the ONLY WORST PART ON THIS headphones was the cable, it didn't last a month. Note, I still own them and I bought them 2 years and a half ago and they still sound amazing. BOSE RULES,

I have seen DR DRE and the bass is a really cool feature but I wouldnt choose them, I would choose, and I am happy that I did, the Bose because of the quality and and everything that comes with the brand BOSE. Yes, maybe they LOOK overpriced compared to other headphones on the market, but if you are looking for some high quality headphones that will last you 2 or more years, this are for you.
