@matews6 check out Spire in Cydia, it requires some extensive SiriProxy work to get ti going but it's possible!

It was funny, as I was watching this video Siri kept activating on my phone because I already had "Hands-Free-Control" installed. Haha! --- I love Siri & my 4S
