Only American would buy chips and soda in Ukraine - the most agricultural county out of all ex-USSR republics. Should've tried the real food, not the junk-food....but then again - what to expect from an American teenager :D
I've never been to the Ukraine, but i live in a province in Canada with a very high Ukrainian, German, Polish, etc. population, so I'm more than familiar with the glorious food from that region.
Dude, you ate the worst food you could find. I've been in ukraine 100 times, the food is incredible. Don't go to the freaking grocery store, every town has a market.
i was in ukraine in Jan. loved the food and the cream soda you had is the same type i found myself, to me it is much better and had more flavor than the stuff we get in the states..the "crepe" you had i also had as well but it was called a pancake and was stuffed with meat..i will be returning to work there in Aug. for about a year..maybe see you :P
