You calmly walk back to your place and you take your best weapon and go at them.

If your not at home:

Got to the nearest place by you, take a pole that is holding up something like clothing, pole vault over the Riot Police if you can pole vault, and use your bo-staff skills to take out as many Riot Police as you can.

Though I get why they're pissed off. Train strikes are a real bitch when you have to commute, I know..
