hey chris you should really try things like astral projection and lucid dreaming..you get better results from things like that its easier and you learn a whole lot more of you self / reality!

Hey Chris, I am a russian Indigo, tryin to awake my spiritual potential. You videos help me realy out a lot, you motivate me to keep on going.

Beside from some energy controll training, i try some psychokinesis as well. But even if I connect my spirit with the object i wanna move, I feel the sloth of the object. Even with my full concentration I can't defeat his slothness, I can barely move it for 1mm!

What can I do about it?
