I have the logitech rx250 she costs 5 euros she's optic and the same design/shape than the g3 and its awesome for playing fps its my favorite shape for a mouse it feels perfect !

I would not pay $1 for a Logitech mouse, there cheaply made and cheaply packed. If you want a quality mouse buy Razer or even Roccat.

G3 is awsome for accurate fingertip control, im still using mine and will be for a long long time.

it cost me 50 UK pounds way back but it was worth every penny, still works perfect and the feet have not worn, the only thing that has changed it the scroll wheel click is a little noisier.

I have a G3 and just picked up a G5. I'll probably return the G5 and might pick up a Razer Deathadder. I like my G3 more.

the G5 is solely a palm grip mouse, the G3 can be palmed or used with fingertip, which is what I use.

A mouse determines a lot, pretty much all to do with gaming. If you had a mouse with a ball, a cord, and only one button, your going to do a lot worse than someone with an optic mouse, with no cord, 4 buttons and a mouse wheel.

A4 tech kicks ass. I had an A4tech wireless gamimg mouse and it didnt need replacing (bettery wise) for 8 months! Even then it came with four batteries, two in the mouse, two in the included charger that was also the wireless reciever. This mouse I bought about 5 years ago, and it still works perfectly.

Yes! I love A4tech :D They are cheap and you get so much for the money. I have A4Tech X7 with high dpi ( I think its somthing around 2200-400 ) and 3xFire button :D I had G5 before but A4Tech fits me much better :P

I prefer the size and weight of the G5 myself, although it isn't ambidextrous (not a problem for me).
