Thanks to Shakti I got this straight away! The notion of contracting then expanding and breathing with the hoop allowed it to roll straight over my body. Great video, no wonder it won!

I love your teaching style! So at ease. It's clear you've spent countless hours with your hoop and read a lot. I also really appreciate that you can speak to multiple audiences. I'm not very spiritual, and just as you start to lose me, you bring it right back home with real life application to illustrate the point.
