No this is not included on the iPod/iPhone. To get this particular one you have to jailbreak it and search for pocketguitar. There is a similar one in the AppStore though. Your iPod may come with the AppStore if it's the newest firmware version.

Jailbreaking in simple terms means that you get an application like Installer or Cydia which allows you to install other third party apps that don't have to follow Apple's guidelines :) If you wanna do it, google for "pwnage tool."

If your iPod is jailbroken, go to the installer -> Install -> Toys -> PocketGuitar. It won't work unless you have the BSD Subsystem installed. Get that from Install -> System -> BSD Subsystem.

It's basically "hacking" your phone (or ipod) so that you can install all kinds of awesome third party applications, customize the look, and other stuff. If you want a guide, ipodtouchmaster has THE best how-to videos on that. Just search for his channel. Good luck!
