The "real" scheme involves TONS of paperwork and manipulating your paychecks, tickets, warrants for arrest.

This is a variation of the "Redemption" scheme, although much more simple if it's just sending in your Birth Certificate for a bond. The real scheme is actually much more complicated and at least more legitimate sounding (aka more confusing). The "real" scheme involves TONS of paperwork and manipulating your paychecks, tickets, warrants for arrest.
This is a known method of fraud on the IRS website. Fine for filling the paperwork is $5,000.

When a childs parents sign their childs birth certificate along with the signing of the nurse in that hospital in which that child was born into those parents immediately just entered into a contract with that hospital. A new born child for a minimal of 4 hrs to 24 hrs w/out documentation is truely sovereign for that period of time. Once god tells us at Deuteronomy 4:2 and 12:32 to not add to his law you may wish to observe he never recanted on that...We are admonished from walking in the ordinance of the heathen in Leviticus 18:3-4 Those who add to or remove from God's law are heathens! Romans 13:1-2 tell us to be in subjection to the superior authorities even as we are to God. further, we are to be in relative subjection to kings and governors as they have their positions due to God's allowance. (1Peter 2:13-17)

The Bible is quite clear about it. True Christians are to obey the laws of man laws. Because human governments are allowed their place by God--not because they have His favor, but He knows there must be relative order.
