One more thing i forgot to ask about the GX620, did you modify any of the internals such as crank, pistions, rods and lightened flywheel. or just the intake valves that i saw on your site.?
Yes motor has some modiefikationen like valves, valve feathers, better warehouses of the crankshaft, Feinwuchtung of the crankshaft, cam wave are umgeschliffen for longer opening hours and plasma-nitrated, worked on suction canals, additional lubrication (Cooling ) of the outlet valves, ändererung of the ignition time (6 degrees more pre-ignition, the poles for the valve desire are also Plaßmanitriert.
The reason i ask is because over here in north america, i am very much into the golf cart customization craze. And one of the big upgrades that we do to our gas carts is take out the original engine, and drop in a GX620 or GX670. The only problem is that it is impossible to find any aftermarket performance products for these engines. They have alot of parts for briggs and strattion engines, but nothing for the honda except for air intake and exhaust. Thanks!
I visisted your web site, and saw the pictures for the build of this bike.. I must say, you do some very nice work! the welds, and attention to detail is very nice.. Was this project just a hobby, or is there an acutal racing league for this type of bikes?
