This game is amazing. I dont know anything about reading or understanding japanese but ive completed the game completely using a guide on gamefaqs.com. After a while of just playing, ive picked up on the basic idea of what each of the menus do and how to do things. Its fairly easy to figure out on your own. Get it, play it, enjoy it, and have a ton of fun.

They should have made a translated version with all the text translated (I don't know if there is any voice acting (though dub = rape anyways)) and brought it to US and EU or make it so you could buy it from Japan

thanks for this video, it was very helpful and informative. I can't wait to get it (even though I'm a bit late to the party, this game is still a must have).

By the way, there's an english ROM of this game that translates a lot of it, not everything, but more than enough to get you through story mode and enjoy it thoroughly.

Also, R4 cards can be used to get ROMs to be played on your DS system, and even playing wi-fi on it works with any game :)

there are just 2 things i hate about the wifi of this game, the first one is obviously the massive gay hacker with endless superpower which ruin the fun of the game, second is that when you are playing online most player all do is press select (taunt) and wait for someone to make the first move or attack and team up against you and when you are dead all they do is stared at each other without fighting waiting for the timer to end, but overall the game is freaking awesome i love it

why do alot of people say that the only way you can play this game that you have to go to japan or that you have to learn japanese. uhhh doesnt any1 kno about emulators??? you know like an acekard or an R4. if you never heard of that just look it up on the internet cus with an emulator you can get this and many more games for free from the internet and you can get it in english . so no you dont HAVE to learn japanese or anything...btw, they cost like $23 for a 2 gb one.

@Linlwiitwilight They never will be able to translate it, too many legal issues. I imported it and was fine. I also downloaded the translated version and played it in English on my Acekard 2i before I lost it :P If you desperately need it in English, do that. However, I recommend if your going the Arghhh route, I'd get a physical copy first, to feel legit. That way you could also play DS multi card play with a friend too.

its 2 months late, but to do an opposing natural ko, you ko an opponent using a character of opposite nature. Power(Character's with a red backround on their HP bar) beats Intelligence. Intelligence(Green Backround) beats Smile. Smile(Yellow Backround) beats Power.

Is when you KO a character with one that has an attack bonus against your enemy

Attack bonuses: laughter has it against power, power against inteligence and inteligence against laughter.

You can tell which type is your characer by looking next to your health bar. Red:Power, Green:Knowledge and Yellow:Laughter

Note: You'll know you are doing it right when you hit your opponent and the hit colour is white instead of red.
