I read comments comparing Britney and BoA, I didn't know who Britney was so I looked her up. And I regretted it, no offense but Britney was like a slut. Her music was okay. But I prefer BoA, she doesn't act and dance like a slut. In fact I like BoA's style better, baggy clothes it just fits her. And BoA is much more talented in dancing and singing. BoA and Britney can be compared.. just not a great comparison. Both female, both started at a young age, both extremely popular at a young age, although britney sold over 90 million records and boa 20 million (market difference of course), and both are in the pop genre. However, everything else about them is pretty much different. Their career is the only thing that is similar, but as people, they contrast by far.

There is only one comparison you can make between Britney and Boa. They found success early. Boa can keep her clothes on and still sell records. Hey Britney is talented, aldoe far from the class of BoA. BoA can dance, sing, is multi-lingual, translates her original songs to other languages with perfection, and she is still young! Compared to Britney, is like comparing Bill Gates to Donald Trump! And Britney alr got scandals up her track record, BoA is still clean as far as i kno.
About Miley, the reason she is good is because her voice is inherited from her dad. No other qualities....
At a young age of 16, she thinks she is superior...

BoA and Britney can be compared.. just not a great comparison. Both female, both started at a young age, both extremely popular at a young age, although britney sold over 90 million records and boa 20 million (market difference of course), and both are in the pop genre. However, everything else about them is pretty much different. Their career is the only thing that is similar, but as people, they contrast by far.

If she really wants to stay in the industry she needs to make something that isn't always about how great she is and how much she loves being the spotlight. We have enough singers like that, we don't need any more.
BoA is a good singer. She's a very intelligent woman and she's had more success than any other Asian singer that I've ever heard of and she definitely has a lot of guts for trying to get more fame by going on the US.

There is only one comparison you can make between Britney and Boa. They found success early. Boa can keep her clothes on and still sell records. Boa's dancing is the best I've seen an artist do in..... heck, I don't know how long. Her voice is amazing. She's managed to be in the business for almost a decade without a melt-down, arrest, or drug habit. This girl is freaking amazing.

Each country has their popular Pop idols. Americans tend to change theirs as often as most would change panties. But BoA, I think, is at the level of Hikaru Utada and Hamasaki even if she is newer. I think she'll be sticking around and will make it for her unique styles of music on top of her obvious dancing talent. ^-^

read some of the comments, why shouldn't people compare her to spears? both are solo pop stars. what because they are from different countries we shouldn't hold their music to the same standards? i'm not a fan of pop music but i can tell she is better than spears, her voice doesn't come across as digitized and she doesn't look like she is struggling to keep balance while dancing.

This isn't Boa.... well not the Boa I was looking for, yet it is rather catchy pop music. korean popstars are so much cuter than ours too, and she seems to be a better singer than our pop stars, her voice isn't as obviously software corrected at the very least.
But still this isn't the Boa I was looking for.
