Hence "positivity" movements. Happiness institutes are popping everywhere. Also even in the consititution the pursuit of happiness is listed OMG I mean what abt morality, decency, virtue, honesty or being honerourable!

I have never fallen for this positivity movement, in fact it really bugs the hell out of me. So many ppl are into this positivity thing at the expesne of their own mental health - I guess being positive abt the tragedy unfolding makes u apathetic. Perfect for take over

Sure enough. When people become guided by the "feel good" principle, they become self-obsessed and narcissistic. They become hooked on... feeling good. Drunkenness. The world becomes a source for pleasure, ingratiation. "What can I get out of this, of you?". It's no longer doing what's right that matters. It's what makes 'ME' feel good. The money, the moment, the experience.

Tyrants can not takeover with a responsible,moral people. But they can, and do,over childish pleasure-seekers.

The pleasure principle and yes you are so right, I have seen 40, 50 and 60 yr olds looking/acting and dressing like teens. They become the perpetual teenager. There is a vast difference when new ethnic ppl arriving in any given western nation. It seems they have walked thru time since they are so dignified. decent and mature and so togther. It is obvious to any one who has an ounce of awareness

@LibertyTruthJustice Very well said. You explain the problem exactly. It is no longer doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do. Now it is: if something causes me a moment's discomfort, I cannot stand it and I have no reason to do it.

I am not suprised by anything Alan says. These creatures we call govt have written abt what they will do/use. I mean shyness is now mental illness. Global warmer denier is considered same. In fact, human diversity is being pathologised left/right.. There will come a time where it will be mandatory for all to be medicated by these evil doers.

I think both bertrant & Huxley wrote that in the coming scientific dictatorship, the  most important trait of the slave in is that they are happy.

Yes psychiatiatry drugs innocent children by force & I think its the kids who don't conform! And the parents who say no,the state goes down on them with an iron fist I was forced drugged as a child I think its was because I was very creative? But they couldn't crush my spirit,I got off that stuff & I'm still very creative!
