You could start with some tapes or CDs, Jon has a great CD available. This may help you to relax first before seeing a hypnotist in person.

I have such a terrible short term memory, I think this is a wonderful trick to use, Thanks a lot!

Also.. I've always been fascinated by hypnosis, but I wonder how would I get over a fear of being hypnotized? I've tried to let stage hypnotists hypnotize me before, but I suddenly feel a sense of fear and come out out it.. Any suggestions?
