This one was just normal fabric, but a really good mermaid tail is made out of spandex. Or and swimsuit material.

Hey, if you need to glue your fins together, just go to wal*mart or other craft store and get some industrial strength glue (make sure it's waterproof and nontoxic).

Yes I see it's baggy. It was skin tight on air. And it broke when swimming in it. I can't get a monofin around where I live. And my mom doesn't let me buy off line. So I had to tape fins together ><
