WOW I have a Rogue as well...a VERY LOUD and fine reso.....had the pleasure of meeting John Hammond and Toby Walker who both thought it was a fine fine guitar
is that an Ozark electro-acoustic biscuit? cos i've got a slight variation and its sounds sweet (+ didn't cost too much), easily reccomend it to anyone without fat fingers!
wouldn't be too hard to flip the nut and saddle on one of these. i've flipped 2 strats both ways...r to l and l to r...I think a budget reso will be hard to find lefty. and thanks for digging it!
that looks like a regal I used to have. out of the box it was the hardest guitar I ever tried to play, but I had a friend do some stuff to it and it worked out good. they just need tinkering
it is a "rogue" classic brass resonator. picked it up as a stupid deal of the day. i've done a couple things to the biscuit and the action in general, but it was decent out of the box. very rough finish/fretwork, but par for cheap and china...i do love to play it, and thanks for noticing!!!
Nice playing.
Short but sweet.

does any body ever just play these things like a guitar?
PennybagDarrell 1 year ago
@PennybagDarrell - these can be lowered and tuned like a guitar, but your attack and decay are kinda like a banjo...

@PennybagDarrell - MArk Knopfler of Dire Straits

Whats the tuning?
waddlesgee3 2 years ago
I usually tune up to open A (EAEAC#E). Dropping to G is a little sloppy on most of my guitars for the low action I set up.

Thanks so much!
