  • 5:34 for a hot moan dub "oh ya"

  • ...omg i want that piece of tuna..it looks so good.

  • "Never heard of a (Sushi) Chef using Bacon" ?

    Er-hem, Epicmealtime?

  • One of the voice sounds like it's from some anime show lol.

  • the actor who brought the chef is a creep

  • "FUKUI-SAN!!!!"

    "shut the fuck up!!!!"

  • "Fukui-San!" FOR THE LOVE OF GOD OTA SHUT THE FUCK UP!

  • I'm glad Nakazawa-san has Takenaka-san supporting him. The fact that Takenaka-san is so touched by his sushi just shows the talent and skill level of the chef.

  • Edo style From the back o.o

  • IRON CHEF is way better than IRON CHEF AMERICA

  • (8:31)That's tuna?!? That looks like beef considering how red and thick it is.

  • @galacticdevil ahah, you must be from the USA :P Tuna is a big fish with red meat !

  • I dislike the fact how they dub over the voices of the Japanese people. Fucking Americans.

  • The dubs are hilarious

  • @MARVELAG My favorite dub is Iron Chef Chen. That guy who dubs his voice is so funny. It makes him sound comical! One of my top fav shows ever!

  • Fukui- San! He alway's inturrupts the guy's sentences. LOL! This what I alway's thought was funny. He could be saying something important then all of a sudden Fukui-San! LOL!

  • Oh man that Tuna!

  • God I love these dubbed voices, they're so laughably corny.

  • なついなぁ~料理の鉄人。

  • God, this show is crack.

  • gourmet food is not for childrens

  • @NathanReggae it has a very different style in many ways, and also the ICA chefs are imho in general less knowledgeable/respectful of the ingredients/cooking philosophy. I will say that i do love alton brown, though. but clearly, ohta > kevin brauch.

  • @NathanReggae Alton Brown is, literally, the ONLY good thing about Iron Chef America.

  • @blueshoals one of two. I like it when Batali is cooking.

  • @NathanReggae Why dislike IC-A; in part, because; greasy spoon short order cook bobby flay is on it. Anyone who climbs on the teble and stands on the cutting board has no right to call himself a Chef. The 2nd time, all he does is whine like a spoiled brat. He cut his hand, the equipment is second class, & didn't work right, excuse after excuse. He was not the first to cut his hand or have equipment problems. Others had this happen to them, both Challenger and Iron Chef and NOT ONE COMPLAINED.

  • @MasterMoreforyou That and a recent one I watched which was some texan chef and the japanese iron chef. Ingrediant sushi.

No Texan chef you do not DRINK in the kitchen! you certainly can TASTE but wtf are you doing drinking alcohol!

  • 福井さんの言い方が面白いw

  • got shown old and new sushi and lost at end

  • i hate the girl actress's facial expressions

  • @seriouslyWeird Girl actress... ? How many male actresses do you know?

  • @GothChilde6969 tentacles actresses. we're talking about japan

  • Bacon! :D

  • i wish i have the iron chefs in my house, preparing for my breakfast and dinner..

  • good show, they don't use enough cheese though. the american program had the secret ingredient as cheese, it was awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • your a faggot for judging?

  • Takenaka just looks so useless and awkward sitting there.

  • my heart started to race a bit when he cut into that slab of tuna.

  • Great SHO!

  • thank you for uploading T^T

  • Ah quee -san!~ XD

  • @LapseAttack Did someone say WEEABOO?!?

  • FUKUI-SAN!

  • Fuckyou Sun?!

  • so in real sushi they DONT have cucumber rolls?

  • @eatmyshorts2007 Sushi refers to the rice... so you could have any kind of roll you want, as long as the rice is prepared correctly, you have sushi

  • @eatmyshorts2007 not traditionally

but internationally Kabamaki (cucumber rolls) are accepted

  • MXC dubbing?

  • LOL THIS DUB IS CREEPY.

  • @akiaelith they're always creepy.... they get really over-sexualized Lolita voice actresses to dub the female commentators.

  • I would fuck the brains out of miyoko asada.

  • @slank7 LOL

  • nice dub rofl

  • miyoko is SO pretty! i love japanese girls names, so kawaii! ^__^

  • its funny how they do the voice over

  • I LOVE THE COMMENTATING

  • 4:40 the actor guy MMM MMM MMM HMMM MMM LOL!

  • This is one of my favorite Iron Chef episodes ever.

  • fucking hate that asswhole thats always saying "SUEEASAN"!

  • Ohta interrupts Fukui a lot xD -- 2:41 Some folks prefer not to acqui--FUKUI-SAN!!!

  • i love these commentators. I bet they are somewaht fluent in japanese....or at least they've taken some classes prior to this show. They don't butcher the pronounciation of any of the names or any japanese words.

  • @808Arsenal The dubbing is actually done in Japan. I read an interview with Bill Bickard (Fukui) that talked about the process. You can find it on Google.

  • I love how their voice over makes them sound so stupid....

  • why mix dubbing with subtitles? I dont mind either but thought it was weird that they used both. at one point

  • @Hydramus89 possibly for those who can not understand their speech

  • good fany dub. tastful dub

  • omg i forgot all bout ota hahahaha

    what everhappened to him ???

  • shaw bros cooking

  • The dubbing is hilarious!

  • im japanese, but i love this voice-acting , maybe little exaggerated, but overall doing very good job!! love it!

  • seichualumni-san do you think asada-san is cute? thank you, hai! ichiban! also, death is similar to shi, right? and hachi is a very lucky thing :)

  • @d00bied00 yeah, asada san is like 56yrs old but despite age, her atomosphere and girly demeanor gives pretty cute impression. i guess for japanese 50-60s guys she is perpetual idol. youre right shi means death(shi stands for a lots of meanings. number 4 is also shi) and hachi(could also mean bee) as number 8 is perceived as lucky number in japan(china also). good luck on your japanese study, if youre interested and having fun youre on right track!

  • Aw, Shou! So cute.

  • Asada-San is so cute. ^_^

  • 日本語訳みたい

    寿司大好き!!!!!!!!

  • "Fukui-San!", "Yes, Ota?", "It seems that this is an epic episode."

  • This show always had the hottest actresses. Iron Chef America could learn from this. And bring on an old bag fortune teller as a judge, as well.

  • this is epically awesome!

  • It's so darling that Takenaka-san gets teary-eyed! <3

  • FUKUI-SAN!!

  • Haha, the voice-over acting is ludicrous!

  • Best line I have ever heard: Let's see the replay! REPLAY!

  • hmm i never heard of Kapyo before... what are "gourd shavings" some kind of fish indigenous to Japan?

  • Gourds are a fruit, similar to squash. Kanpyō (or Kampyō) is made from thin strips of dried Calabash (a type of gourd.)

  • I would imagine it's shaving from a gourd. Look up what a gourd is if you really don't know what it is. LOL

  • Gourds are a melon related to the pumpkin and cucumber.

  • Gourds are in the Squash, Pumpkin family. It is a fiberous vegitable suitable to substitute rice with

  • EPICCCCCCCCCCCCC

  • Tuna in Japan are enormous!

  • you know all tuna are huge not just in japan, its just that in America they make it into a canned cat food

  • I went to a Japanese restaurant last week. I was in the mood for some sushi. I had a spicy tuna roll with my chicken teriyaki. We had lunch at a hibachi (forgive me for the spelling) grill.

My spicy tuna roll was slightly sweet, but once I dipped it abit into the ginger sauce and the wasabi, I was in heaven. :)

  • lol sushi is very good...squeeze on!

  • dont watch it then ....

  • oiishi

  • SUKUI-SAN?

  • Fukui-san?

Ohta rules everytime! And Iron Chef rules!

  • Fukui-san!

  • the voice actors are hilarious!

  • FUKU -SAN!!!!

  • Oh man, that name brings me back, back when Iron Chef Japan was on food network! :D

  • the english speaking voice actors make this show hilarious to me.

  • why the subs only for the certain parts of the video?

  • This is some amazing sushi. Makes me really hungry :p

  • morimoto is good but is in the shadows of sakai- i know they all have different styles so it hard to compare but sakai rules the kitchen

  • CHIKUI SAN?

  • Go ahead Ota

  • i love that girl's hair... the crazy haired one. that's awesome

  • Morimoto is amazing

  • If I ever go to Japan I'm going to his restaurant.

  • he has a restaurant in philly and ny

  • the director/actor and kanazawa are like father and son. he's sure proud about his boy

  • Amazing! So glad Iron Chef is on youtube!

  • do these japanese guys ever smile???

    well great show anyways

  • omg... oh toro... i want

  • man that tuna is HUGE!!!

  • the average tuna weighs several hundred pounds...

  • ...40 years ago maybe, nowadays bluefin this size is very rare!

  • true blue fin tuna in general are extremely rare, there is a reason they are worth $100k each. ^^

  • That's a huuuggggeeeee tuna.

  • i hate dubs....

  • ha, samurai didn't care about being slashed from behind?

  • That's a thick piece of tuna.

  • SQUEEEZONN

  • Fukui-San?

  • seriously awesome dubbing. super funny, yet really in sync with their facial expressions. nice

  • i love the dubbing in this! anyways, bettethan iron chef america

  • it must take awhile to figure out what voice would sound best for every person.

  • ahaha

    loves the dubbing XD

  • Oh and how hilarious the dubbing is. It is like puppet theater...

  • Hahha talk about funny dubbing haha

  • The funniest part of this is the hilarious dubbing :)

  • fuku san?

    yes?

  • Qui-san?

  • the dubbing really adds another enjoyable element to it

  • I challenge anybody to watch any episode of this kick ass show, and NOT get hungry! *lol* :). I love this...

  • On the contrary, I used to watch cooking shows so I wouldn't get hungry. I would imagine myself eating the food when I watched it and that was good enough to sustain me. :)

  • I agree with v1ryus. That's the reason why I'm watching this right now. LOL

  • Maybe I should try it out... I'm getting hungry watching this.

  • That sounds nothing like Naoto :<

  • oh god i love iron chef but the dubbing annoy the hell out of me.

  • IRON CHEF RULES

  • LOL it's so dramatic it's funny. Iron Chef owns.

  • sushi started as japanese fast food.

    do you respect bigmacs?

if not, then eff off you stupid ignorent food snob.

  • Yes, but BigMacs are much worse to health....

Now, if we only had boiled fish sandwiches...

  • knife goes in, guts come out...

  • i loved watching this on the japaneese channel as a kid and it was alot more fun when you couldnt understand them

  • i love sushi... i think edo mae sushi is the just the best!

  • qui-san!

  • That's Fukui-san

  • wow! i'm so surprised that the English voice for Fukui san and actor Naoto Takenaka is so close

to their real voices. and also how they speak

  • I wanna see someone take a bite out of the tuna slab

  • balsamic vinegar haha that is not right with sushi. I LOVE SUSHI!

  • "I mostly like anything!"

    bad answer for every question

  • Good lord!!! That is a big hunk of tuna! Looks delicious and I don't even like sushi.

  • hukui-san! LOOOL

  • mmmm otohro tuna so dlicouse

  • That's a hell of a tuna.

  • wow thats tuna 0_0

  • mmmmm I want sushi now

  • I had the honor of meeting Morimoto-san twice in his restaurant in Philly. His food is incredible. His sushi is fabulous. I can see why he is the Iron Chef. He deserves the title all the way.

  • From 4.44 onward. How do you think he is doing? Then very oddly placed mumbles. LOL!

  • gizzard chads? whatt?

  • huku san-!? lol

  • i remember watching this show on some bi-ligual japanese channel in the philippines, so damn cool.

  • damn, i was just wondering because that guy said he ate a lot

  • is that judge, kobayashi, a relative of the competative eater kobayashi?

  • english dubb sounds wierd making me all confuse, should have stayed in japanese to understand better

  • the comentary sounds like MXC if anyone has seen that show :D funny

  • It is Japanese "Fukui-san". equal "Mr. Fukui". Mr.Fukui is the MC on the program.

  • i didn't know that

  • I have always liked this show, they always have a cutie on it, and actress or model. A lot of the shows have that "lower house member" guy, he just wants a free meal all the time.

  • I wish I could downvote this to hidden status srsly...

  • Doesn't anybody watching these videos have a sense of humor?

  • I do have a sense of humor. Your joke was so bad it almost made mine lose the will to live.
