you have to record is like i do mine with hypercam 2 u can download it for free but it has a sign in the top left of ur screen like on mine

you can also put the *.GIF into windows movie maker and add music and other stuff etcetera then save as a *.AVI file

actualy u dont have to put it in movie maker and the music records with it u just have to have the music playing on ur computer at the same time its recording i used Itunes
