@mdbarnes21 Havanese are great dogs indeed. I have a male Havanese named Ernie who is turning 5 this year and he is a good dog, very affectionate to my family, me in particular, when he comes up, he usually comes and lays down in my room.
I was thinking on getting a Havanese but i have a question. I go to school but get home around 3:30pm can Havanese stay home alone for that long? Would it be fine?
Oh that is awesome! My grandma has 2 Havanese, a 5 year old black female and a 2 year old black and white female. They will be wandering around and then all of a sudden they will look at each other then take off running like maniacs around the house. The young one likes to jump on top of the older one as they are running. The older one doesn't appreciate that very much.
omg they are so so so so so cute!!!! I love how they wag their tails and wiggle the butts! I also have a black and white Havanese and he's about 15 months old now. He'll be a good teacher for the "run like heck" game :)
My husband and I first watched your video over 1 year ago when studying dog breeds. After seeing these this playful video and reading up on the breed we were sold on Havanese. We soon found our sweet Bella. She is also on youtube. You can see her if you search for " Bella Havanese Does Tricks" Thank you for sharing your Havanese with us. They are the sweetest, smartest dogs.
I've had my havanese Candi for about 4 years now and we bred her and one of her pups looked exactly like one of the ones in this at 1:47 in the top right corner. It was soo cute she looked like she had a moustache. But yeah I absolutely love my havanese, wouldn't trade her for the world : )

they are so cute!!! i have a 3 month old havanese. hes black and white like those pups. but what i love about him is that he has one side of his face is black and the other side is white. its so cool. i love their personality alot though, they are so clownish and always make you laugh. They are also very intelligent.
I just got Cesar Milan 3 weeks ago and I have a toy poodle too. Just wondering if there is anything I need to know about potty training, he goes outside then comes in and pee's. I need help with this one!

we have one with similar colors to the one with a black patch on one eye. his name is Winston. he kept my wife sane during the time of our relocation for my job in CA and time apart while she was still in WI. he is definitely a part of our family and we love him very much. It reminds me of seeing our precious Havana with her brothers and sisters for the first time.
Amazing how fast they grow; but they stay CUTE on the Richter scale!!
