  • HAHAHAH The 'BPA' is funded by the Private Parking Companies. VERY independent...NOT!

  • WTF @ 8:20 lol

  • If its the police or the local council - pay. Any private car parking company - ignore, dont talk to them on the phone (in fact just tell them to hang on and you'll go and get her/him and then settle down to watch tv :o) dont answer their letters, do nothing. They eventually go away when they realise you've caught on. Anybody worried after receiving one of these unenforceable invoices should visit pepipoo online. They'll soon put you straight.

  • Q Parc also are un-inforceable; ignore them!

  • Well, PPCs are unenforceable anyway, so who gives a stuff about appeals processes? I have one and I'm wondering if I should just ignore it or write back and say "Can we take this this to court please?" They can't prove who the driver was.

  • @lewis72 - yes but if you write back to them they have your name and address, and save going to the DVLA and paying £2.50 to find that out ;) then send them an email to save postage with the take me to court if you wish lol

  • @taffy056

They've already got my name & address from the DVLA as the posted letter said so !

  • That is one "oval" video. =p

  • @leighstephens74 cool ;)

  • 8:20 NOTIFICATIONNNNNN

  • OMG! These two ghoons are well in love with each other! looks like the majority of joe public are going to be ripped off for many more years yet!!

  • 1:33 nice shot of an obelisk

  • *coughs

    data protection act

  • Two points.

    1) The British Parking Association is a PRIVATE and profit driven company it is NOT a REGULATOR and has no legal authority whatsoever to grant exemptions to its Code of Practice

    2) For those Private Parking Companies who use electronic access to the Registered Keeper database they MUST fulfil two criteria to demonstrate 'reasonable cause'

    a) Membership of the BPA Approved Operator Scheme

    b) Full Compliance with the BPA CoP

Failure to comply = unlawful data release by the DVLA

  • I love you Anne! go girl!

  • wow annes gone up if my eyes

  • So is mine :O x lmao xxx

  • Haha my mum is on here :L <3

  • never pay a private parking co. 'ticket'. and forget about appealing - there is no independent appeals process. these cretins rely on the public's general ignorance of the law.

take the advice and DON'T PAY!
