This preparation he is making is called "Milanesas Marineras". The actual milanesas are made of dried grained bread. By the way, have you tried "Milanesa a la Napolitana"?

is it just me or did this dude use TOO MUCH oil?? lol. this isn't a deep fryer man! haha. the milanesa looked good at the end though. good vid. im about to try it right now. step by step like him. i'll just use way less oil ;)
