buy him sunfire,trinity,warmogs,atmas,­force of nature and boots magic resist-tenacity

he wil be a monster with very powerfull attacks

if u have the blue baff with u u will be almost undead!

if u get your normal tanky items warmogs and force of nature it will kinda difficult to kill u and normaly in a teamfight they don't focus tank but carries

so if u are kinda difficult to be killed they will be impressed with your dmg

1n1 vs ap characters u just have to avoid their first abiliti then it will be more easy for u to kill them

with a trinity force u will have some attack speed and u will be able to kill them

Hm I'll have to try that once, I don like building health on malphite except for sunfire atm. If you're lucky and you stand against an AD team, building armor will give you sustain and dmg =/ That's why against ap I try to build banshees and force of nature, but these are expensive items for doing no damage =/

I was thinking of building ap malphite against casters and get abyssal scepter instead. your ult and shard will deal tons of dmg, but don't know if you can still survive then.

try a Wit's End, it will give u attack speed and magic resist with bonus magic resist

or a hexdrinker cuz its passive it might be helpfull versus ap

now about trying an ap maphite it's kinda difficult to do so much dmg cuz only his ulti and his Q do ap dmg, i am not sure that is gonna work

every1 can goes ad but only few champions can do a lot of dmg with spells

@SocratesJohnson86 dude what is the use of using his ultimate there and wasting it just to safe 1/2 members? malphite's ulti is for initiating and if 1 of your top main damage dealers (katarina dies) then its no use think before posting a comment and research a few times, can help
