Awesome cover! Question: Did your guitar come with active pickups? I have a chance to buy a Michael Kelly Hex XT, but unfortunately, it has Rockfield Mafia pickups in it. I'm not a fan of them, but I do have a set of SD Blackouts that I could throw in it. It's about $250 for the guitar. What do you think? I have no experience with MK guitars at all. Thanks.

@burubura buy a good tube amp and a good microphone. you're not going to get a good distortion the way you're doing it now it's just ignorant to think you can spend a few hundred bucks and have a great sound. also get some real software audacity is crap

The only thing I don't agree with you is the choiche of active pickups, which I adfirm are one of the worst things ever invented, a plague for sound paradise and musical world, just like a fly invasion agains mankind. They can only push the tone hard out and make it heavy, but they are not dynamic at all and they are as static as a dark marble rock.

@lokistears123 record yourself with your camera and the sound going into Sonar, audacity or whatever, then use a video editing program to sync the video and audio. I use Powerdirector 8.

KICK ASS! seriously i would like to say you that you did an excellent job, the sound is wonderful, the quality of the camera. the cut too. it is very impressing like when he have some windows with you playing another guitar part. it's one of the best guitar cover i ever saw on yourtube. you can be very proud. @TheL3andre thanks a lot man! I got the tab off the web 911tabs or ultimate guitar tabs or something.. I only use them as a guide as some are not that good.. I think the one for this is ok but I still change it,, for example I think the D chord is actually played at the 5th fret whereas I play an open D etc..

I love the guitar. And the solo was great, but personally I prefer a more original solo, but then again, playing it like Iron Maiden does is quite a challenge and deserves some props.

just wondering, i have an boss me 25 and when i play trough my amp (Peavy bandit 112 80 watt transtube and a epiphone 1958 explorer) and get an awsome tone but when i plug in the usb it sounds like garbage have any other of you who own this pedal experienced this? beacuse its a huge dissapointment and im thinking of selling it and buy an diggitech rp 355!

@SilverPingvinen driving any type of these devices through an amp will naturally sound better .. When using the usb for direct recording a fair bit of tweaking is required to get decent tones.. but it's possible... Think my Maiden tone here is pretty close..
