@Chanzer101 course it is! not all rides can always malfunction how they need to, but stealth is designed for rollbacks so the brakes are always up just incase. It does this when theres not enough power for the ride to go all the way around:)

The roll back is caused by a mechanical fault when they increase the pressure between the wheel and the track too much after it wears when they're trying to remove rattling. When the pressure is too high, the friction doesn't allow the train to move fast enough to get over the peak but the bug has been fixed. BUt now, the only way a roll back is caused is if something wedges between the wheel and track so that slows the train down and the wheel skids not spins.

@360lolz that is incorrect....it has to do with the ride timing how long it takes each train to make it over the hill. It then adjusts the force pulling on the train depending on the average of the last 3 cycles. The heavier the train is, the better because it will have more momentum so that train must have been too light. boom

The weight you are launching is always going to e slightly different. The power of the hydraulic motor isn't always going to be an exact delivery every time.

The point of the stall at the top is to give you a zero G air time for a second or two. Occasionally, the roll back is just going to happen. It's perfectly normal and why there are magnetic brakes at the start of the launch run.

@KHboys why would they do this on purpose? They want to process customers as quickly as possible so they queue line doesn't overfill. The chances of the ride going over the top may be reduced if a lot of heavy people are on board of it the air is very thick and resistant on the day.
