This trailer is so misleading. Both this and the poster on Wikipedia make the film seem like it's a comedy-ish film, when in fact, it's a calling out of shitty adults. I don't like the trailer. The movie is fascinating and emotional. Please watch the movie only instead.

4.That she was absolutely amazing, told stories of his mom n that if she would have known Valentin she would have adopted him. He told nothing about the jews. Rufo never knew valentin thought despectively about them.

But well, I'll try to answer u

1. they didn't see her well at all. Rufo tells Valentin she should go to the doctor 4 check up. But Valentin knows she is very stubbern and wont't go. But in that moment he puts his head on how he would do so a doctor would see her.

2. he found a way the doctor would find his grandma and examine her. basiclly saved her life.

voiceover? if you mean the spanish one, it's the original one. if you mean the way they talk in the trailer, the english, it does sound kinda weird for a drama movie.
